This place is another bougie pet store with organic/holistic/vegan/etc pet supplies but Rob goes the extra mile for the customers. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and inviting. Not only is he excellent at helping pet owners find what they need, and what they didn’t know they needed, he provides the type of customer service that keeps customers loyal. Honestly, he should be a regional manager or something that oversees how all locations interact with customers because they would probably see a significant bump in sales and repeat customers. It’s a nice store with nice products but doesn’t matter how nice your store is if you don’t know how to treat customers. You can just tell he is a good guy and I trust his advice about my four legged family member just as much as my Vet’s.

They told me I can order it online and have it shipped there to pick up. It’s kind of a hassle. Other than that, the employees were pleasant and helpful. I was able to pick up some Tidy Cats at a reasonable price.

Yesterday she checked and said I had 2 rewards available. She helped me download the app and redeem them. I was able to get my bag of dog food for free which was nice because I buy at least 2 bags every week. Thank you Sara for taking the time out to check my rewards! One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever received.

Holistic Veterinary Services
424 75th St, Downers GroveDr Katz has been treating my dog with an autoimmune condition that affects his eyes. If I had stayed with traditional medicine and the veterinary opthalmologist they would have had to remove his eye by now. Per Dr Katz's instructions I changed his diet, she added some supplements and he is going strong 2 years later at age 12.
I also have a senior rescue with heart problems, skin problems, anxiety, and Dr Katz has helped him to get to the best health he can be in after he was found as a stray with heartworm and probably years of neglect. He is the sweetest dog and I'm grateful for the time I have left with him knowing we have done everything possible for him to be happy and healthy as a senior.
Thank you Dr. Katz for your expertise for our pets. And your staff is wonderful. Everyone in your office truly loves the animals they treat.

They’re not a big fan of the vet building but they sure do love the people. Their pricing is very reasonable too. I called on the way there and the receptionist was so kind took information from me over the phone so when we got there, they could take Zoey right away and that is exactly what they did. They kept us updated on what was happening. They made us feel comfortable heard and understood. The doctor was super informative down to earth and very kind. I would recommend this place to anyone not just for the great care of my cat, but how great they were to me and my significant other as we were crying and worried about our baby! We were ready to surrender him back to the shelter, but Ian from Smart Dogs offered to move our in-home training appointment earlier to help us out. Within 90 minutes Matty stopped biting, learned to go up/down stairs, and we were equipped with tools to continue his training. We purchased a full in-home training package right on the spot. I know this sounds too good to be true, but we were AMAZED at Ian's expertise, patience, and the results speak for themselves. Smart Dogs is HIGHLY recommended.

5108 Thatcher Rd, Downers GroveI have to start off by saying my rescue dog has major separation anxiety. I was nervous to leave him with a facility or anyone, really.
PNP really made him feel as comfortable as possible upon check in! The staff is friendly and most of all the establishment is CLEAN and disinfected throughout the day!
You get access to cameras to watch over your pup interact with other dogs in the play area. They also have single suite/room options if your dog is not sociable and also doesn’t do well in crates.
Overall, I really feel comfortable knowing my anxious doggo is in the best hands whenever I have to travel !

We ordered the Mushroom Arancinis, which was phenomenal, definitely ordering that again. For the mains, we had the Walleye Puttanesca and the NY Bodega Wagyu Chopped Cheese. I think the dishes were good, but nothing over the top. The drinks to pair were also great we had a cocktail (I think it was Girls On Fire) and a beer! Now, what I thought was awesome was that they have a dog menu. they freeze the dog food on a frisbee and its a great enrichment tool and food for our pup. We enjoyed the ambience outside and loved sitting on the patio!
