Purchased my first VW Cross Sport from Perillo Downers Grove about a month ago. Worked with salesman Rhoy Montes, who was really excellent in showing me the car, negotiating the offer and completing the transaction. I was very much so interested in a vehicle, here couldn't wait , to have an experience here. so I called cause it's time now (Including Im a Black African American) Women . Work for the gov. I asked the lady can I speak to a nice guy for the sale I simply said"nice but I guess because of the kind of car I wanted she transferred to me someone that wasn't told me "yes I'll take your number down and give u a call once the car is sold" thanks a lot I'll take business else Where!! That was so rude...still live in a racial time. You don't how I was coming Guess there'll never see. Now NEXT....

We all know how painful it can be to buy a car from a dealership or just visit one. My experience with Perillo was the total opposite. I found a great BMW 750 online and since I am out of state, I could not visit the dealership. I was working with the sales rep Ted Korda who gave me all the information I needed and more. When I flew into the dealership to pick up the car, the car was even better than described. The transaction was quick and easy and not the normal pushy sales guy that tries to sell you a lot of stuff you don’t need.
I have been buying a lot of cars, including luxury and exotics but this was the best experience I have ever had. I strongly recommend Ted who is an honest and great guy to deal with, and he made my buying experience a fun experience instead of normally painful. I drove the car back home and enjoyed every minute. I would definitly make business with Ted and Perillo in the future.

I bought a Bentley flying spur from Perillow of downers grove June 11 2024. When I went on a test drive with the car there was noise from the front suspension before I bought it . They told me don’t worry what ever it is we will take care of it for you and maybe it’s from low tire pressure. They told me car was up to date with service and everything. I bought the car and drove it home but have not driven it since. Tires were cracking and were so old that they were from 2013 over 10 years old (safety issue). I asked if car was inspected and serviced and they lied to me and said yes. How were they able to sell a car with unsafe tires and suspension issues? Both front control arms on the car are bad. Dan promised that would replace the parts and take care of the issue. It’s now 1 month later and still no repair and no parts. He called me and tried to bargain w me and said I’ll pay for parts you pay for labor. Then parts come in and he calls me and says you pay for labor and half of parts. Then I send my wife to pick up the parts and he says I changed my mind now you pay for everything parts and labor I’m not paying for nothing. These are all safety issues and cars can’t be sold like this to customer it’s very dangerous and against the law. Imagine driving and your tire blows out with your kids in the car or even worse. Your whole rim and tire fails and falls off because your control arms are bad. Again these are all safety issues and that’s why I’m addressing this. I want what was promised to me and to be taken care of like I should have . We have bought over 40-50 Cars from Perillow in the past 5-10 years. I want this issue to be resolved as promised and I also want Dan to apologize to me for the way he spoke to me over the phone and way he treated me. Thats no way to do business with an over 10 year loyal customer.
