His professionalism is beyond excellent and goes way over and above the average advisor responsibility to assure perfect customer satisfaction Nick is the reason I go to him with ALL my auto maintenance and repair needs. Everything went great! Nick really took his time and explained everything to me and my dad!! We were not in the dealership long at all and the car was even ready when we came to test drive… I would definitely recommend.

We were in Clarendon Hills visiting our son when temperatures dropped into the subzero range. The low tire lights came on as we were hearing out to head back home. We stopped at the Packey Webb dealership in Downers Grove (where our son purchased his truck) to see of they could help with filling the tires on our Ford vehicle. They helped us immediately and we were on the road in less than 15 minutes!! Great customer service and very friendly/helpful staff! THANK YOU!!!!

Everyone at the dealership has been great to work with. We told them we were driving 2 1/2 hours to buy a truck from them and they had it ready and waiting when we showed up and all the paperwork was pre-done so all we had to do was sign and drive away. They made the process of purchasing a new to us vehicle smooth and painless.

Just purchased a super snake from Mr. John. By far the best customer service I have ever received from a car dealership. Personal, friendly, and received car a week earlier than I expected. I rarely write reviews because it’s rare that anyone exceeds my expectations but everyone at Packey Webb was exceptional. Instead of crazy sales pressure they use their exceptional knowledge about their vehicles, excellent listening so they can match your expectations to a vehicle from their large inventory and then close the deal smoothly. Our salesman Matt was excellent, Niko was the closer and again, knowledgeable. The Webb boys are there and there’s a Webb girl too! Each and every team member was competent and kind.

Went to Packey Webb to purchase a used Audi. The communication was great with no unnecessary sales push. I had to change the appointment a couple of times due to Thanksgiving, but they were courteous about it.I met with my assigned sales rep Misa. He was friendly and again, no sales pressure other than listening to what I had to say. He had the car ready to test drive, let me take my time. Once I got back from the test drive, we got the deal done in a few minutes.Of course, the paperwork took a bit longer, but that is expected. Overall pretty happy with the dealership and my sales rep Misa.

My car was overheating and wanted to shut down. I did not want to take a chance driving it so I had it towed in to Packey Webb, where I originally purchased the vehicle and have all my service done. When I called the next day I was informed that they had already started working on it, found the trouble and had a new EGR valve coming in. Later that day I was called and told the vehicle was ready for pickup. When I arrived I was told my extended warranty covered the work and there was no charge to me. I was very happy to get my car back in one day and the problem was taken care of. I have always had good service in a timely manner and will continue to take my 2019 Edge to them whenever I need service.

When fixing sensors on Escape, Kaitlynn went above and beyond. She kept me informed of issue, progress, cost & time. All should be lucky and fortunate enough to deal with Kaitlynn whenever having car issues. She’s the best!

Great place to buy or service your ford. I highly recommend.⬆️ This was my first impression ⬆️ but I’m changing my rating. After buying this truck I’ve been in and out of the service department at least once a month, and I’ve only had the truck for a year….I’ve had a TON of issues from day one. I’ve asked the owner to call me to discuss these issues and he’s never acknowledged my request. What’s infuriating is, I spent a hefty penny on a Black Ops truck here, and this company has done nothing regarding post sale support. They only pacify the issues and don’t take the time to resolve them….I’ve had multiple oil leaks, electrical issues, tire rubbing, etc. etc….all on a brand new truck. It’s absolutely ridiculous!!!!All I can say is if you are looking to purchase a truck with a the Black Ops package (or any after market Tuscany package) RUN!!! The installation is shotty at best and the service is even worse. Look under the hood, you will see electrical tape holding your wires and harnesses together!I bet a blind third grader would have better craftsmanship.

Tim in the service department was wonderful!He went out of his way to help me get a backup camera. He was upfront about the cost and wait time. He got back to me when he said he would.My experience with Packey Webb will make me a loyal customer from now on.

My sales person Matt was great. My husband and I knew what we wanted after shopping around for months and going to many many different dealers. I have Cerebral Palsy so I am not able to test drive but my husband was my feet to see what we wanted . Matt and the team looked around and in time found what we wanted and then worked with the team at Mobility works and took the car there so the medical adjustments and hand controls I needed could be done. Then Matt want back to get it and once back to the dealer we could go and do the trade and I could get my new car. After being treated different at many other dealers because I was a women and disabled Matt went above and beyond this is the 3rd car my husband and I have gotten from this location and we will send anyone there who may be looking!!

Purchased a used vehicle from Packey Webb Ford. My sales person was Jack Webb. Reached agreement on price on the phone. Put deposit down via credit card. Next day he calls and says the car need two tires and engine hood struts. They need to increase the price to cover the repairs would that break the deal. I agreed to the additional costs. I pick up the car and expect that the work is completed. I take it home and a few weeks later, the hood struts fail. I check and they're ORIGINAL. I then check all four tires - they have the identical manufacture date. Two of the tires were never replaced! Well I was taken! I hope this helps others. In my opinion, Packey Webb, and especially Jack Webb, are not people you want to do business with. Not very ethical in my opinion.
