HORRIBLE and RUDE service. Go in to the store to buy my Niece a Switch game she wanted. Of course... It says it's available on the app at this store. Go to the aisle.... THERE IS ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING OUT IN THE AISLE. Everything, I REPEAT EVERYTHING, is locked up in cages in the front of the store. Go up to the front of the store to look in these fricking cages.... YOU CAN'T EVEN SEE ANYTHING IN THERE, let alone.... NOTHING IS SORTED AT ALL. Everything is just mixed up. While trying to look through these fricking locked cages, I get harassed twice by 2 different employees, within 2 minutes, forcing me to pick something out and buy it. You know what... SCREW YOU, since I can't even look in the store and pick something up in my own hands anymore or being forced by one of your employees to help me... I'm just taking my business to Amazon.

I bought my daughter a very expensive item at Best Buy, on 12/15/19 SPECIFICALLY because I was promised a pick up date of 12/24/19. I never received an email so my husband called to check status and they said it wasn't in, and there is no date when it will be in and then when he asked for a supervisor they hung up.

Poor customer service. We purchased an open box Apple Watch that stated no accessories were missing. Opened the box and the band was not only the wrong kind that was listed, but also the wrong size. Spoke with their manager Jeff twice and he had no explanation for how it happened. Could only return the whole item (how can you even resell a mismatch sized watch/band) or give us 50% off the band they said would be included. Never going back.

Once again I returned to Best Buy/ Pacific Kitchen and Bath to price shop. I have purchased several items from Pacific because of the sales team I have encountered in the past. There is so much new information today and comparison shopping is a nightmare. My regular sales person was off today and I was greeted by Mildred and pleasantly offered assistance. I was looking for ovens and she was a wealth of information. I had no intention to purchase just select the brand I needed. We started at very high end Viking at my request and worked down looking at many many ovens. This is an exhausting experience. Mildred could answer every question and even redirect me to brands that fit my cooking needs. Design and function over price was my need. Plastic knobs, not enough BTU's, poorly designed burners were some concerns. Mildred narrowed down my selection and next we pulled up the ovens on line and compared the advantages of each oven. THIS was superb all pricing, design, elements and options were printed out. Samsung has a very cleaver new oven with a single door that can actually break into a two piece door. The center burner is very inefficient for my use in the cooking process. Mildred was extremely helpful with high power BTU's, higher quality burners, design elements and oven features. A perfect oven was decided upon after looking at so many choices. A sale was made. I would have wasted a lot of time and even though I had researched ovens when I arrived today. Thank you. I would have never had the information Mildred presented. Very professional and knowledgeable. As I mentioned I had no intention to purchase. I have never had a rude sales person. Actually been rather surprised about the amount of product knowledge in this quickly changing industry the staff presents. I have had delivery issues and a small dent in the past and it was taken care of immediately.

We bought a refrigerator on August 17th. Since then Pacific Kitchen has rescheduled our order 5x's and we still don't have the refrigerator we purchased. Originally scheduled to arrive on 9/28, then 10/25, then 11/6, then 10/30, then 11/3 then assuming it arrives (and not again be rescheduled) it will arrive on 11/12 almost 3 months after ordering! Yowza!!!
