They made it extremely difficult to retrieve my belongings from my vehicle after an accident. Extremely rude and disrespectful at the window, zero professionalism. Insurance company had to call in order for them to release my belongings, even though they said someone had to physically sign an anti-dump clause, even though that was not the case. The phone call from the insurance company was not given as an option. I also received a letter from them (ohare) stating that my vehicle would be actioned off. Once I was allowed in the yard, I started my vehicle with my own key and the odometer read "Done" meaning someone placed a scanner on the plug and the radio was full blast which was not like that beforehand. Very shady and dishonest in many ways, Beware!

I was quoted $1000 to tow a sedan 15 miles. Crazy Scammers. Another company did it for $180 on a flatbed

O'Hare was the only company (tried 3) to take my call and dispatch a driver last weekend. Needed a tow at 1am from the West Side back to the West Burbs. The driver, David, was great, and allowed me to hitch a ride back home. Forever grateful.

Steve from O'hare Towing came to the rescue when my work needed to move a scissor lift last minute. He was quick to load/secure the lift and take it to the new location.

I highly recommend that don't use this towing service because they are liars and charges left and right. they will charge you about 10k for even 10 miles towing

$765 tow that was 6 miles and 8 minutes away. Got charged for "3 hours" from Port to port. They also sent the wrong truck the first time. Probably making up for that. Their shop is 15 minutes to the tow site, 10 minutes to the mechanic and 15-20 minutes back to shop plus loading and unloading. All in maybe 1.5 hours and that's being super generous. Even the rep said it's a joke and apologized but said it is what it is... And $30 for tolls that the driver didn't go on and $140 for fuel. I did the math, it was 22 miles "port to port" and they probably charge the next customer same thing. Double charge on each trip.... Will be filing a BBB claim.

I had used some BS App that "guaranteed a 60 minute tow" for $322.16. Since it was for my Harley I paid it, they sent OHare Towing. If you want a very legit and real tow truck thats a real brick and mortar company skip the crooked App Companys and just contact OHare Towing. The driver Kirk arrived with his flatbed and even had the required equipment for a safe motorcycle tow. Kirk was so dam knowledgeable and professional all of my anxiety about anybody touching my Harley quickly evaporate. If you have anything that you love and need it towed call OHare.

I used the service center here and Ryan who has been servicing my corporate truck has provided the absolute top service I have received in a long time. Direct contact with constant updates, was able to fix a huge leak and ultimately keep my company from losing thousands of dollars over the weekend.He identified the problem, sent pictures & a solution very quickly and ultimately provided amazing service.Don’t let the bad tow reviews drive you away from servicing your truck here.

Double the price of all three places i called to tow my truck. Picked up a motorcycle today and whole gas tank was missing. What joke of a company's lack of taking advantage of people's misfortune. Get in an accident and not even covering up an item knowing if they leave it outside will cause water damage.

I got a flat on I-294 Saturday early morning hrs of 1am. Order roadside assistance thru my TESLA app. Ohare Towing brought out Loaner Tire relatively quick, with in 1 hr of the call. Jerome, the tow truck driver installed the loaner front wheel and then proceeded to roll my flat wheel down to the back of his tow truck and carelessly lets my wheel go and drops the wheel on it face. Causing curb like scrapes and scratches all over my rim. I confronted him about the situation showed body language that he could care less. If I had known any better as a new tesla owner I would recorded the incident. Jerome said that Tesla would replace the wheel as a whole and it’s obviously not true. I have provided pictures to show proof of damages. I do not recommend service from this company.

Their 5 star reviews, especially the ones on google are mostly fake. These people are heartless, especially the black haired fat no life l**** who mocks you when someone crashes into you. I asked why they're charging me $2000 for a 6 minute tow after my crash and she said "I know it's not fair, but you shouldn't have crashed." They will do everything they can to keep your car there so they can make extra money. They didn't clean the street, didn't take care of my car and charged me 2 hours for a 5 minute job. They also wanted $75 just to get the car from the back of the yard to the front because it's undrivable.

Towed my semi truck from improper parking place, was told to pay $1,400.00 The explanation because trailer and truck legally can’t be towed attached together, and they had to use 2 cars. Well upon picking up the truck I noticed my car was opened and missing cash and GPS I asked “why did you open my car” and the response was “PROVE IT” Well, little did they know, I did have a camera inside that records upon motion, and I was shocked when I looked at the video. Video proves it all. Plus they never towed my truck, they drove it all the way to their yard with the trailer attached. Filed a police report to be continued…
