I would like to share with you all the exceptional service provided by Barry and Dodds at the Office Max in Downers Grove, IL. They went above and beyond to help me out of a terrible jam when Staples failed to perform a crucial printing and collating job for my sister's funeral mass booklet, less than 24 hours before the service.
Barry and Dodds were incredibly understanding and efficient. They managed to complete my job in less than an hour and did an outstanding job. The quality of their work was impeccable, and their professionalism and dedication were truly remarkable.
Thanks to their swift and excellent service, we were able to honor my sister with a beautifully prepared booklet for her funeral mass. I cannot express enough how much their help meant to me and my family during such a difficult time.
I highly recommend Office Max in Downers Grove, IL, and I am especially grateful to Barry and Dodds for their exceptional assistance. They are a true credit to your organization.

Worst location I've ever been to. Rude staff, and awful customer service. I needed one page printed and no one knew how to help. I pre-odered my one page online. Apparently it takes more than half a day to print one piece of paper, and print it incorrectly at that!

Great store that has inventory that meets your needs. Excellent customer service Ken Sale Associate including Cashier. Good, clean, courtesy service with an attitude of willing to help, if necessary help load. Highly recommend. Thank you Office Depot.

Rick & BJ always go above and beyond the call of duty! They were so helpful to me. I had to order something fromtheir print shop and they helped me navigate the order. It wasn’t a typical or standard order but they took their time, we’re very professional and solved the order! I would highly recommend this Office Depot! Even the check out gentleman, Khip was really friendly and cheerful. Great store!!
