A big thank you to Margaret, Agnes, Conor, Scott at Napleton. We had a great experience working with them recently on a Porsche purchase and Lexus trade. They were friendly, no pressure, patient, helpful, flexible and practical. We drove 5+ hours to test a vehicle at Napleton after first doing a lot of discerning and honing in on what we were looking for, the shop, trade and purchase experience we had with the was absolutely worth the trip. Napleton Aston Martin in Downers Grove is a 5 star dealership with amazing inventory. I finally pulled the trigger and purchased my first Aston Martin. I bought the 2023 Vantage F1 Edition in satin racing green. Perry Galecki (General Manager) and Norbert Sobotko (Brand Ambassador and Sales Specialist) treated me like a true VIP and went out of their way to make the delivery of my F1 a special and rewarding experience. They have earned my loyalty and respect. If you are thinking of buying an Aston whether it's your first or tenth, you need to go to Napleton in Downers Grove and ask for Norbert or Perry. Big shout out to Nick in Service also for helping me get "Money Penny" (my car's name) wrapped in Paint Protection Film (PPF) all around.

I highly recommend working with this dealership and specifically Agnes! The process was very efficient and everyone was very helpful, professional, and nice. I have bought several cars over the years, and it is hard to find a dealership you can trust. This dealership didn’t play games, and they were straight forward with pricing. I had the pleasure of working with steven on my visit to the dealership and his customer service was outstanding!Steven took his time explaining every step of the process and the 21 ford explorer xlt i went in to look at. I gave steven my trust on getting me where i needed to be financially on the purchase and he got me there with no hassle!Unfortunately my previous car was recently totaled and i had to borrow a vehicle to get to the dealer and steven went above and beyond by personally delivering my new explorer to my house!!Thank you so very much steven i appreciate all of your help and courtesy!!!!

My experience from beginning to end at Napleton's Aston Martin Downers Grove was nothing short of spectacular. Margaret Puzanowska was extremely welcoming and made sure I was comfortable throughout my purchase experience. She walked me through the whole process and went above and beyond to make sure my purchase was within my budget needs. Margaret makes you feel like family and that was much appreciated. This dealership is awesome!! I was interested in a car I had seen online and drove to this dealership and everyone was very welcoming and the whole experience was amazing. Although I wasn't able to purchase the vehicle due to the terms from the bank, I will definitely be coming back to this dealership and would recommend them to everyone as well. The sales rep, Steven, was amazing. He made sure I was comfortable from the moment I walked in to the dealership to the moment I left. Thank you guys for the spectacular treatment I was given.

My salesperson, Manny, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. I was unsure of what car was the right fit for me, and Manny encouraged me to test drive a few vehicles. The auto selection at Napleton’s Aston Martin is amazing and I finally found the perfect car! Everyone who works there, from the car wash employees to the manager and finance person, were great to work with and friendly. I would highly recommend Napleton’s!

BUYER BEWARE!!!I started negotiations with Napleton's Aston Martin of Downers Grove the beginning of May of 2023. After unwanted and uneeded back and forth, on May 18th we finally came to an agreement on the vehicle that I was in search of and was turned over to a different sales representative (that's another story). I drove 2hrs and did the deal, putting down over half of the purchase price in cash and financing the remaining balance. I was then informed that the dealership would be handling title work and registering my new vehicle since I was from out of state and due to financing. I patiently waited till June to call back to the dealership inquiring on my registration transfer and was turned over to the title clerk Marguerite. She stated that she was going to next day me a VIN check form which had to be completed before she could submit my paperwork to the state. This I found odd, because this should've been given to me and explained during my purchase, not after I've waited a month wondering what was going on. I did in fact receive the paperwork the next day as promised and immediately took it to my local DMV for VIN check. I then returned it to the title clerk in the provided self addressed next day air envelope. Called the next business day to verify she had received and was told yes "I am submitting it as we speak". LIES!!! After waiting patiently again for another month, called back and was told that the state was running behind on processing title work. A couple weeks later, called again and left message, received phone call from GM stating that they appologize but I had given the wrong pay-off for my trade by $600!!! NOT TRUE!!! I still have the texts between him and we also called the credit union to get a 10 day pay-off in the F&I office as I was signing paperwork! (After speaking with credit union, looks like they transposed pay-off and amount owed).Here we are 3 months and 3 payments later and as of next week I will have a car that cannot be driven due to not being registered. Today I sat on hold awaiting Marguerite to answer her phone for over 45 minutes. NOTHING! I then called back and spoke with a sales manager (did not catch his name) but he stated that he would call me back within 15 minutes. 4 hours later...NOTHING . Left a message with the receptionist and explained my frustration, she stated that she would pass my info along to "Connor". I did receive a call back from Connor who stated he knew nothing about this ordeal and would look into it. I then explained that I've heard this line before and that if something isn't done, I'm left with no choice other than to obtain legal counsel to get to the bottom of this mess. Connor's response was " if you are threatening legal action, theirs nothin I can do. We will get you the paperwork as soon as we can". VERBATIM. And he HUNG UP!!Very unprofessional establishment, especially for the caliber of vehicles that they represent! I understand that all businesses have their bad days, however.....when you receive text messages from a former employee letting you know that they are no longer with the place due to (and I quote from the text as i write this review) "very unprofessional and not organized", this speaks volumes!!! Do yourself a favor and continue your search!!!!!
