Although I would prefer to leave zero stars, my review comments are similar to those that others have left. A callout to the actual pharmacists- they are quite helpful, and of course knowledgeable and have the requisite service skills. The real negative is with the techs that have zero service skills and fall short on the technical skills. Said differently-essentially useless and talk in circles. It's not clear to me if 1) they do not care (clock punching attitude), 2) they do not appreciate the significance of their role, and/or 3) are not receiving/comprehending the job specific training that I am certain Osco would mandate.
Avoid this location if you are seeking a customer focused experience.

After I posted a negative (but true) experience, OSCO texted me to pick-up a prescription which had already been dispensed. Then, a week later, they texted me to pick-up a discontinued script. I transferred to Walmart and have opted out of all text reminders.

We have used this pharmacy for a few years and understand they are busy and likely don't have all the staff members they need. However, service has suffered. They have been helpful and offered discount cards when the price is high.

The pharmacy is awful. I have been going to this pharmacy for around 2 years now. Up until recently, I did not have very many issues. However, during this year my experience has become awful. The staff is rude and the medications are rarely filled on time. Last time I went, I was told to “call before I come” and when I did that this time the prescription still was not ready 2-3 hours later. Despite my best efforts, I am consistently sitting in the store for 30 minutes, and that is after having to sit in a line of sometimes 5-8 people because they only have one person working the register at most times.This pharmacy is by far the closest to my house, so I wanted to badly to continue giving them my business. However, these issues have become so bad that I will be taking my business elsewhere. I strongly recommend not using this pharmacy.

Pharmacy staff is rude and act like they have no time for you and you are a inconvenience for them. I once tried to see if they had a prescription in stock and they said they’ve never heard of it and hung up.

These are the cookies they advertised on sale in their add this week Suzan fudge filled cookies and this a is a picture taken from the Jewel weekly add and pictures of the actual cookies we got from them in the past and this is the garbage they sold us while on sale from 6.00 to $3.99 a package. guess this is why they are selling them for sales price cause their bakers are gypping their customers. What a joke they are not filled with anything not even barely topped with chocolate. Don't shop here they false advertisement.

Consistently rude pharmacy techs. Ive only had a good experience here maybe once or twice even though it's been my family's pharmacy for years. Techs make it seem like they don't have time for customers and rarely make eye contact.

I enjoy shopping at this location.Monica is so friendly and helpful all the time. She knows exactly where every item in the store is. I’ve never stumped her.Sue is the same at the register. She smiles at me and we chat (while she works) about life as a cashier (I’m one too) in today’s COVID-19 world.Always a nice experience.

Please make shoppers wear masks in your store. There are so many elderly shopping in this store and twice now in the early morning I saw people without masks shopping. Also if you are going to try and control the flow of traffic in the aisles to one way, then you should teach your employees how to use the aisles too. One last comment, Please make sure that your baggers wear a mask covering their nose not their chin.We are all just trying to survive these days.

Conglomerates like Jewel-Osco never cease to amaze me. They just don't care! I recently 'tried' to return some Rotten produce that went bad after a few days, and guess what? Jewel has conveniently decided to use 'Covid' as an excuse for no longer accepting returns! Can you believe this?So... hopefully I have other peoples attention to let them know NOT to shop at Jewel anymore because they DO NOT BACK THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!!!!Best places to shop are definitely those who accept returns. NOT CROOKS LIKE JEWEL WHO USE COVID AS AN EXCUSE NOT TOO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Every time I go here I'm bound to have a negative experience. I avoid it at all costs because every time I'm here I get ignored, the check out lines take forever, and it's completely disorganized. Today I went in and two cashiers were talking while I waited there, being completely ignored. I walked out after a few minutes of staring at them, wanting to get out of there because who wants to spend time in a public place during a pandemic. Nothing new for Jewel! Same thing happens whenever I go there, every time I am reminded why I dont shop there. Marianos and Trader Joes are much better alternatives with higher values and better staff training. Not to mention organization and better prices!
