I heard about this place from family and I needed my brakes fixed asap! They got my car in and out the same day, even giving it a car wash before giving it back to me! Everyone I spoke to at the shop was so respectful and Mike was extremely helpful. Any car troubles I have from now on I will be coming to them.

This is a fantastic shop. They have proven on several occasions that they have integrity by finding the lowest-cost solution for issues I've had instead of just pushing more expensive repairs. It's a great peace of mind to have an honest and skilled auto shop nearby.

After living in the area for 20 yrs, I've finally found a place that is extremely skilled, extremely honest, lower cost, and so pleasant to work with. Also, they charge less for labor than other shops I've tried. After a colleague mentioned his family has been taking all their cars to J&C for 15 yrs+, I started taking my Outback and Prius there for small and big things and couldn't be happier with the results and their integrity/honesty.

Any major repairs you have to call Joe at J & C. Or the infamous Mike who usually answers the phone. Great service and really good pricing. If you need an honest mechanic, give these guys a call!

Great shop, long lead times. Edit. The second time I contacted them to get my car repaired after it died on the road I was told it works be 6 weeks before it could be diagnosed.

J&C has been consistently good for the 28 years I have taken my car to their shop. It's been in business since the mid-50's so they must be doing something right! The work is done professionally, they listen to what you tell them, and the price is always reasonable.Update: now it's 2021 and my opinion is the same -- still great work at reasonable prices.Update: it's 2023 and I'm still taking my cars to J&C, still all good! J&C now also has a body shop if you need accident repairs.
