“We received amazing service from the store manager Natalia. My family was getting 3 phones exchanged and that requires some time to transfer. We came into the store later in the day not realizing how busy they were and how long it takes but Natalia was so helpful and nice. Answering all of our questions and stayed with us atleast an hour and a half after the store closed to get our phones all set. They went above and beyond for us and that's been our experience with tmobile overall!”

Originally sent by Costco across the street for a device return, I ended up learning about all the extras T-Mobile offers that other reps never mentioned and got everything everything else taken care of quickly and efficiently. “Wanted to say thanks to Doug for doing me a solid yesterday. My phone drowned at sea while on vacation in Mexico. Doug was able to let me barrow a used phone from the store and insert my SIM card for me to receive text messages that I needed to verify my accounts. Able to make a claim to the insurance to get a replacement in 2 days! I appreciate Doug being patient with me with the whole process!!”

“The rep was really nice and helpful and great. I was charged twice as much for the phone as it cost on the website and the phone is not that great but that was NOT the rep's fault. People send me a text message and it sometimes doesn't show up for hours after they have sent it to me! It also froze up first day using it and I had to take the battery out and put it back in to get it to work properly. It is a SUMMIT FLIP phone.”
