It's helping me with circumference , I just wish they had a cigar lounge.?Great staff , no wait for the equipment. Look forward to every visit. I'm 67 , a stroke victim , and the place motivates me. I now put in 4 miles a day + weights.

I really like the pool and gym, everything is clean. There is a playroom at certain hours, you can leave your child to play sports. Good price

Great staff who are very friendly. For the price they offer the best amenities in the area. Pay more elsewhere and get more. They are updating but strength training equipment is not maintained and kept up well. Youth / young men playing basketball often vape in facilities, play loud and vulgar music, and are given not even a wrist slap. The pool availability is not ideal. Still I wouldn’t go to any other local gym for the same level of satisfaction. They just need to keep the C culture in force here as much as nation wide.

My friends and I meet at this Y weekly. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the basketball courts always have something going on.
