Their actual business is screen printing but they are also a location for Fieldprint fingerprinting service. This review is for my experience with the fingerprinting service, not their screen printing services. I showed up exactly at my appt time, called the # posted on the front door, Rep opened the front door and took me to their office upstairs, I showed the Rep my docs who then took a picture and fingerprints. The Rep was very friendly and efficient. I was in and out in 10-15 mins. The other negative reviews appear to be from people who cannot follow directions, show up very early or late for their appointments or can’t follow simple instructions posted on the front door. I would definitely visit them again and also give them my screen printing business if I ever need it. THANK YOU!

I had a great experience visiting the Fieldprint site (inside the same building that houses Image Plus) located on Belle Aire Lane in Downers Grove. The phone number you need to call once you arrive at your appointment is clearly posted on the door and the Fieldprint representative (Ron) greeted me at the door and guided me upstairs. The Fieldprint office area was clean and Ron was quick, efficient, and professional. I would highly recommend this location if you’re required to be fingerprinted by your employer.

Don't expect to be let into the building any earlier than your appointment time. They have a number on the front door telling you someone will let you inside. I came 15 minutes early they made me wait outside. Plus when they answer the phone they rude.

I had an appointment to get fingerprinted. It appears the front door to this business is always kept locked and you must call the phone number that is posted on the front door to be let in. I was a few minutes late for my appointment due to it heavy rain. When I called the man said he could try to squeeze me in but that he had several upcoming appointments. He said to wait in my car and then hung up on me. He did not make it clear as to when he might be able to squeeze me in or even verify my phone number. After waiting for 15 minutes I decided to leave and reschedule my appointment at a Mailboxes, etc. location I have gone to in the past where you can just walk into the door of the business and do not have to wait outside in the rain to be let in. It was my fault for being a few minutes late and I'm sure the guy was busy but would rather do business at a place with better service and atmosphere.

Got my fingerprints done here and the Milton that works here is a complete j***** He basically mutters insults under his breath. He also doesn't wear gloves. I asked if there was bathroom I could use to wash my hands and his response was that my hands are cleaner than they were when I arrived. This coming from a Milton who had grease under his fingernails.

From the moment of making my reservations for my fingerprints at Image Plus they were highly professional. I chose to received a text with instructions as these appointments are highly personalized for each individual. They take all the pre cautions necessary for each service and go way beyond to make everyone feel comfortable.This is my second experience with Image Plus & I highly recommend them for your business needs.

I had to get my fingerprints done onboarding for a job. The guy who owns the business was the most rude I have experienced since I lived in NYC. LOL. My Google review is below. Reading the other reviews made me laugh. It wasn't just me. Its comical he was so nasty. The business is called Image Plus Screen Printing and Embroider in Downers Grove, Illinois. The fingerprinting is a side hustle.This guy should not be in business dealing with the public. Straight up rude from the get go. A, the front door is locked. I have an appointment. I knocked. Nothing. I see an arrow on the inside stairs and it reads" Go down stairs to business". I see a light on.I walk around to the side of the building there is a door that reads "Customer Pickup". I walk inside. Its dark. I call out. Hello?! I see this guy sitting at a computer. I tell him I am there for an appointment. He shouts, "That's is not the protocol. Leave and come back through the front door! Read the Protocol. Read the Protocol! Never come through that door! This is the door that reads customer pickup. Mind you he has to take my fingerprints.I walk around to the front door. Above my head, I am six feet tall are a group of faded inkjet signs, four or five, that say to call this number.Now he is taking my finger prints, "Relax your finger he says sternly. Relax your fingers!" He is literally crushing them with his hand. I am trying to comply. He does my left hand three times and starts repeating, "Your finger prints are fading, your finger prints are fading!" And I ask what does that mean? He says, "Your finger prints are fading!". Oh my god just get me out of here. What the hell?! I went to yelp and he has 81, 5 star likes. There is no way I would ever do business with this nonsensical loud brut. And that is being kind.

The worst customer service. I had an appt for finger prints and I was sent away due to a technical issue. When I rescheduled and called to confirm there would be no issue, the very rude employee hung up on me twice and had my appt canceled. Do not waste your time and go there. They’re a complete mess.
