Elizaya was amazing. I was stressing about my ipass account because i wasnt sure which transponder was which and had old cars on there, it was a mess. She patiently went through my account and helped me sort out everything and get it all updated. This is what customer service is. Hard to find nowadays. Thanks to her, turned a nightmare to a relief.

Spoke with call representative Shirley. She was so patient, knowledgeable and kind. Answered all my questions, concerns, she straightened out all outdated issues and got me back on the right track. Shirley was amazing!

I hate stopping and paying for tolls. So glad they went virtual now and let everyone pay online rather than stopping and paying by cash or card. Covid really opened up the world to utilize technology.

I was getting charged from my transponder and on top of that they were sending invoices and i went down to office after looking up the records it shows I've been charged twice i told to remove the fees and the money i got charged for it and the supervisor started being disrespectful and she's the one who look into it and said i been charged twice for 4 months tolls and told me i have to pay i tell her why should i pay twice its enough i got charged on the transponder why would i pay for the invoices again and she tells me that's the way it works and i tell her at this point you are stealing my money she tells me yeah we steal people's money

I was on vacation for like a week and never got a letter over the mail (like any other state do) to create an account (why would I have one if I don’t live there)I had to pay almost $100 dls for “outstanding violations”Awful customer service, useless, helpless. A rock could’ve helped me more. 17 tolls= $93 ??? And the roads are TRASH! If y’all charge that much at least have your roads in good conditions.Keep Illinois trashy ??

the system is really bad. i made a call to be able to figure out why I was getting charged Pay By Plate and through the Ipass. the lady did not have a single answer to anyone of my question. just kept telling me to “hold on” and would leave for 20 mins just to come back and ask the same question again and leave again. I had also ordered a Ipass online for my new vehicle. the letter arrived in the mail with no ipass sticker on it? how do you forget to out a sticker onto a letter you are sending out? i waited 3 weeks for that letter to come in just to be disappointed. i also have noticed that im not getting charged for some tolls. i brought that up to the lady i talked to and was given no info about it. im not going to be paying late fees for something i have zero control over not being able to pay or see.

Illinois tollway sent me an invoice with an invoice fee of $12. I have the pay by plate app on my phone with a credit card attached. Instead of charging my credit card, Illinois tollway sent me an invoice with an invoice fee of $12. I would like to know, what is the point of having the pay by plate app if you’re going to charge us invoice fees anyways?
