We have been working with Home Helpers for 2 years, and we could not be happier with our experience. We could not possibly have managed evaluating skills, conducting background checks, recruiting candidates, or the myriad of other steps that go into finding the right person to do this vital work on our own. Home Helpers worked hard to find someone who is not only a skilled caregiver but also an engaged and caring companion for my husband. Rick truly enjoys his work and is most attentive and friendly. We are grateful for the care that went into the selection of the right person to meet my husband's needs. It has made all the difference for us.

I am currently an employer of Home Helpers Home Care.It has been a joy working in the office and in the field directly with our clients.I have been given a wonderful opportunity to assist people in Dupage and Will County. I see first hand the efforts behind the scenes that the employees put into properly assessing, staffing, and following up on our clients.

Haven't received payment . Payroll manager claims, they sent a check. I highly doubt that. From the day I applied, I told them that I wanted nothing being mailed to the address provided, and I wanted to pick up my check. Unfortunately, they're claiming a check was mailed which I highly doubt it. Haven't received payment . I already contacted the state. I have never experienced this before, and considering I was NEVER added to their payroll portal system or was ever able to clock in or out it left me no choice. I will be contacting a lawyer as well.

Michael and his team were invaluable in helping us take care of my Mom. His caregivers treated my Mom as their own.My family including Mom knew that everyday she would be happy, safe, and enjoy her day.We found that Home Helpers could take her out for simple appointments like hair salons, coffee with friends, groceries etc. This allowed her to do what she wanted when she wanted and not be stuck to our schedule. For her, it was freedom to be in charge. We are forever grateful to Michael and his caregivers.

I used Home Helpers to assist with my roommate who has progressive MS, with very limited mobility. Michael, the owner was very knowledgeable and quick to find a caregiver to fulfill our needs. The office staff always prompt with communications and the caregive worked well with my roommate. I would highly recommend Home Helpers to anyone in need of cargiving servcies.

Home Helpers was wonderful! They always came through to find someone to care for my mom( even when on little notice). Caregivers were all very kind and helpful! They were wonderful at keeping my mom safe when my mom was in lockdown and Covid was raging across the country!

Michael and his group did an very good job of finding caregivers for my aunt and keeping the rotation steady for the time we need their help. One of the caregivers went out of her way to do extra things for my aunt, including baking and making special ice-cream treats for her.
