Amazing service at this location. I had a major issue with a larger item purchased and Flo, Yajaira (who could not have been nicer), & Noreen worked hard to help me resolve it. I’m grateful and will be back.

My 5 star review is not for this location as a whole, but SPECIFICALLY for John in Customer Service.My husband and I visit this store an average of 4 times per week. Some of our purchases are very large, some are little.Some recent purchases we've been making are for our bathroom.We have very challenging work schedules and therefore pick up of our larger purchases can be delayed.Long story short, we've had quite a debacle with a couple of orders...items arriving broken, things shipped back rather than allowing allotted time to pick up...and John had been there to pick up our pieces and make things right.He's gone out of his way to search for items, gone to bat for us when needed when things weren't right...he's an above and beyond kinda guy who deserves recognition.I appreciate you, John, and I hope you hear accolades from your higher ups.Thank you.

We typically shop at a different Home Depot, but because we were in the area we stopped at this location with the sole intention of purchasing a new refrigerator. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bill. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us great insight and advice for each fridge we were interested in. He never pressured us to buy anything but made sure we were well informed. He went so far as to make sure we had the right type of water line for our new fridge. Bill was able to secure a quick delivery time for us and our transaction was complete.We had to check out at the register instead of the appliance counter because we were splitting our payment. The cashier made an error in entering the amount of cash we paid And because we had a service agreement with the appliance purchase, it was not a simple void in the transaction. The store manager, Flo had to get involved to rectify the situation. When she couldn’t fix it right away she involved another manager, Brittany. Although they were able to rectify the transaction eventually, the customer service register malfunctioned requiring the assistance of 2 more associates Lizzie and Caitlyn. The whole process took upwards of an hour to fix, which was way longer than we anticipated spending on our Saturday off ; especially because the transaction with Bill was so smooth. The experience was very frustrating but Flo and Brittany did everything they could to apologize and rectify the situation. Flo even had her hot lunch sitting on the counter getting cold while trying to fix everything. I appreciate how diligently they worked to seek resolve for us when the initial issue was solely on the original cashier.At the end of the day we are very happy with our purchase and are excited to have it delivered. I am very thankful for the great customer service from all involved even though it was quite the ordeal.

We went to Home Depot tonight to come shop since the website said 10 pm and we got there and they were closed they said they closed at 9 pm... a lot of people said oh the website said 10 pm, we all are pissed, that is false advertising for customers and needs to be updated on the website.

Bought something on sale and then they lost package. Now they won’t fulfill the order and I get screwed out of the deal?! Customer service is trash and all there help is outsourced by more trash that doesn’t care about their customers? Good thing this country provides options on where to spend our money ;)

I was at home depot a couple of weeks ago, yes it was clean and in order. The isle was very clear and organized. I was looking for something to wrap my cords up were there not just laying on the floor so one of the customer service help me and walk me right were their was several varieties. She was such a pleasant helper. Kalilah Morrow was her name she made sure I was help she was askng others to help her find them for me. They are call Gear Tie. Thank you so much we still have good customer service who cares.

They have items in stock… but they don’t apparently they count display items as in stock the silliest thing I’ve ever heard. Common sense has left the planet apparently.

It’s that time of year again, mice are active. Just being prudent to see if we have any at the house. Home Depot Downers Grove has the Victor wood with metal trap mechanism (the best trap you can buy) a 4-pack for $2.47 in aisle 1 - a great price for a great trap!!
