“I had the best experience at Steinhafels! We just moved here from Maryland and needed a sofa for living room. Tim Deignan was awesome! He was professional and helped me not only select the perfect sofa but also a rug and fabric for a custom made ottoman. Tim never rushed me and took the time to move things around so I could get the feel and look of the selections! “I love this place, the stock is always new and the staff is wonderful. So many fun treasures to find. I often loose track of time and they don't ever rush me. They even stayed an hour past close one night and I didn't even realize it. They are the bomb. They price by the lot so the thrill of the hunt is a blast. Totally stop by often!! Highly recommend.”

“I've been a loyal customer of this store for three years and have always loved shopping at this location. However, my recent experience trying to return an item was incredibly disappointing. Despite my long history with the store and having clear proof of purchase, the staff treated me as if I hadn't bought the item there. It's disheartening to be treated so poorly after being a loyal patron for so long. Sadly, I won't be returning to this store after being treated in such a disrespectful manner!!!
Update I recently had an issue with a return at this store, but I'm pleased to say that the manager reached out to me personally. She was incredibly nice and professional, making me feel welcome again. She assured me that she would address the situation with her team. It's reassuring to see a commitment to improving customer experiences. I appreciate the effort and will definitely consider returning to the store in the future.”

She was never pushy, just checked in on us once She said she’d take your time and I’ll be around if you need anything. We ended up finding the perfect couch and she helped us through it all.
