He was professional and helped me not only select the perfect sofa but also a rug and fabric for a custom made ottoman. Tim never rushed me and took the time to move things around so I could get the feel and look of the selections! “I love this place, the stock is always new and the staff is wonderful. So many fun treasures to find. I often loose track of time and they don't ever rush me. They even stayed an hour past close one night and I didn't even realize it. They are the bomb. They price by the lot so the thrill of the hunt is a blast. Totally stop by often!! Highly recommend.”

“It was my first time coming to this location. I usually go to the HomeGoods/Marshall’s in Lombard. I like this location, it’s less congested than the one in the mall. The one attached to the mall feels like a madhouse with the narrow aisles and big shopping carts. This one you have two different size shopping carts and it’s more spacious. Parking lot is ample. The products are placed neatly on the shelves vs the other location. I do have to take off a star for customer service. We stood in line for a few minutes and most of the employees were just standing around talking. Only two were actually working. One stopped talking to check us out, by that time the line got longer. It’s easier if they just clear the line instead of letting it build up.”
“I brought some aquatic plants for my patio pond. They are on sales (25% off). Besides, other nursery/gardens in my area don’t carry those items so I don’t have much choices.”
“Excellent care and attention to detail from our salesperson Sandra. We were directed to the specific area of interest and were given plenty of space to do our shopping. When decision time came, she was efficient, knowledgeable and PLEASANT. We will be back!”

She was never pushy, just checked in on us once She said she’d take your time and I’ll be around if you need anything. We ended up finding the perfect couch and she helped us through it all.
