I just had a positive first time experience with this pet grooming salon. They asked how I wanted my pet groomed and they did a nice job. I had called a couple of times prior to the visit and they returned my phone calls promptly. I recommend this pet grooming salon.

Terrible,don't waste your money.This is a place where it's a husband an wife team .The wife is the groomer the husband lol,he's I don't know what he does phones I guess ? Any way I spoke to a girl one time I went in with my canine and I had a appointment.And I asked her if I could change it for a earlier one the kind girl said sure .So I changed it for the next week on a Monday ,early first in the door first out. The young girl was really nice .I get home my phone range ,it's this husband lol,he tells me not to make changes with the girl . Mind you this husband lol,was out of the building . So he said you have been canceled,then he said ok you can have it .I told him he can have his groomer shop.He said that's fine ,then he said next time with the next groomers tip more .Now can you believe this so called businessman husband lol saying such a ridiculous thing lol.Don't go there very unprofessional ,very sad place ,an not really consistent at grooming .

Very secretive. I took my dog there for quite awhile. I never met or knew who was grooming my dog, yet they expected tips. I paid in cash and when I didn't have the correct amount, they just took a tip, without asking. Normally, I am a good tipper. If I know and like my groomer, I tip, generously. They're also the only groomer in the area that doesn't ask for proof of vaccinations.

Brought my newly adopted hospice pup to Gigi's for his first ever grooming. He was in bad need of a proper shower and cut & came to us after surgeries so parts of him were shaved. He has trauma issues and is blind. The girls at Gigi's took him in with such care and loved him. They took their time with him and he came out to me looking so handsome and at ease. Very happy

this is the best cylon ever! I was babysitting for my daughter's dog and he had an issue and required a sanitary cleaning. NATALIE at the front desk is so kind she immediately put the dog and I at ease. I never had a chance to work directly with the technician but whatever she did was wonderful and resolved my issue I would highly recommend this facility.

I have been going to Gigi's for years as in terms of grooming, they have taken great care of our cat and dog. However, that all changed today when I brought our cat in for a nail trim. They said he was aggressive and were unable to complete the nail trim. Granted, there were some verbal dogs present which may have agitated our cat, but he has been there many times before and was cooperative. What angered me is that one of the employees was rude and told me to take him to the vet. I told him that the cat is laid back and he went on to say that I don't try to trim his nails. They didn't charge me, but if the cat was acting up, why did they go ahead and trim his nails to begin with? I truly thought I had a groomer which I would stick with. However, this experience has forced me to look for another groomer.

This grooming place rocks! And has the best staff and bathers ever! I’ve taken my dog here for years and years and he’s gotten the best groom every time! Gigi is one of the best owners of this shop that I’ve ever been around! Her husband George is even funny and cool!

I’m very confused about any of these negative reviews. Gigi and her staff are the most welcoming people I’ve ever met. My dog has had nothing but positive experiences. They are so happy so see her and she is happy to see them. I have referred them several times and heard nothing but good things from friends.

The only place I will go. Clean, professional, so patient, genuinely loving to all, I can go on! Have had 5 rescues over the last 17 years. From Yorkie to Rottweiler to Malinois. This is the only place that we have had so much trust, great results and the dogs are smiling when we arrive. Throwing kisses to the crew on the way out! The German Spitz dances for them. Ver grateful to have this place around. Managed with love and experience by Gigi.

My puppy, Beau, needed his nails trimmed for the first time ever. The staff at Gigi's Pet Salon were so kind, patient, and welcoming. They comforted him when he was scared and continuously told him that he was being a good boy (even sang to him to distract him!). His nails no longer scratch me. I know I'll be back for all Beau's grooming services. Thank you so much to the staff at Gigis!
