Very well put together place, amazing and friendly staff. That is very informative. They don’t have what you want they will get it for you. I went in there with my kiddos, and they even gave them little sample packs for them to get into it! Hope it’s appropriate to mention an employee Sebastian there that made the experience great and easy. I will definitely be a returning customer ?

Adam and Sebastian are amazing at running this place. Super friendly and helpful. This past week Sebastian helped me teach my 5 year old how to play 40k, she loves it. She also kicked my butt in our game.

I walked in here yesterday knowing almost nothing about Warhammer and now I'm binging YouTube videos about it, trying to figure out my favorite faction! The people who work there are fantastic! Me and my friend were helped by Adam yesterday and he was amazing. As soon as we walked in he asked us how we were doing, what our names are, what brought us into the store, and how much we knew about Warhammer. Then he asked if we'd like to do a demo game, and he walked us through a game for about 15 minutes where he showed us some simple mechanics and gave us the groundwork of how the game works. He also walked us through some of the factions and lore of the game and you could tell he was super enthusiastic about all of it. He also gave us a free figure at the end! While Adam was a fantastic help who's energy made me more excited about the game, even the people who didn't work there were very open to helping me and friend as well. We hovered around some game tables were people were playing trying to figure out what was going on and some people gave us very quick run-throughs of their games while they were playing. It seems like the Warhammer community especially at this store is a very welcoming and helpful place. The only obstacle I have is that it's pretty expensive to get into, but it's nice that they have game tables to play at in the store. After my visit here, I hope I can get into Warhammer at some point, and this definitely wouldn't have been the case had it not been for the amazing energy and help from Adam and everyone else in there. Even if you have no idea what Warhammer is, I recommend stopping in, because you may just find your next hobby!

Adam was a great help in resolving a manufacturer side issue with a model. Super knowledgeable staff and very nice in how they guide you through stock instead of trying to force things on you. If you're looking to stop at any official Games Workshop Store this is the one.

Fantastic vibe presented by the community and nurtured by the staff at this Warhammer location. Adam and Sebastian are there to tend to your every need or question and truly are a wealth of knowledge- be it gameplay related, painting, or otherwise. The store offers painting and game tutorials for beginners of all ages, and if you're looking to get your feet wet - it's really the way to go. Good sportsmanship flourishes here, and everyone here is friendly. Cannot recommend it enough if you're looking for friendly people or interested in the hobby.

The manager Adam is the nicest guy you'll ever meet, i went there with my dad and my little brother and we ended up playing a game, Adam taught me through the entire game and was very patient and kind. If you want to get into the hobby go here
