I’m going through a traumatic pregnancy and while clearly expressing my concerns and frustrations it felt as though Nurse Maria from the Downers Grove location was more concerned about passing me along to speak to someone from another location vs being able to listen or even acknowledge what I was going through. She sounded like had no care in the world for my situation. Terrible feeling to have from someone who is supposed to be caring for others. This is sad that these are the people in our healthcare field.

Found out my doctor at Duly no longer accepts Medicare Part B - they never said a word during my first visit under Medicare, tried to schedule another appointment and that's when I was told - I was with this doc for 10+ years, nice send off. A comment on their scheduling group - can't understand any of them.

I don’t think anyone ever answers the phone at this place or gives patients a call back. I’ve been trying to schedule a simple appointment for a week and half with 0 luck.

Front desk attendant is rude !!! She is So rude, she has so much attitude, specifically that blonde chicken looking hair style one, my oh mine, eyes are rolling, question patient like they are some untouchable, like patients are not supposed to be there to bother her chitchat with other coworkers

What a colossal waste of time trying to get blood work done here. They open at 8:00. I arrived at 7:45, was #3 in line. But we had to self manage because they didn't have the sign in sheet out which they should have. One technician arrived at 2 minutes to 8, there are now 14 people waiting. He couldn't get into the lab. Finally got in closed door. Nothing. Another customer around 8;10 knocked on the door. Tech opened it and said he needed more time to figure things out. He'd never worked there before. And he arrived at 2 minutes to 8? Not letting this tech take my blood. Now I'll have to do the fasting again, reschedule my annual appointment which will push it out 2 months at least. Ridiculous. Will not go here again.

My doctor patiently listens and treats me as an individual. Appointments start on time. The team has also been responsive on MyChart.Blood draws for lab work have been painless. The techs are kind and efficient.I do find a 20-30 minute wait for labs. But given the location and obvious morning rush, I think it is to be expected.Lately I've been getting same day results for some tests. I'm always impressed when that happens.

This was DuPage Medical Group a few years ago and it was pretty descent. It was taken over by Duly and is mow HORRIBLE !!! There is no response to patient needs at all. MyChart messages never get answered. Phone calls are routed to off-shore chicken farms. It's hopeless. Stay away from this outfit if you can. Many/most of the doctors are excellent. But you can't get through to them.DG: This particular location is NOT very clean - sloppy - bad parking.

I agree with the negative reviews about the rude lady at the reception desk. I reported this to their corporate office, but never received a response. The doctors are great though!

It takes more time to fill out the paperwork than to talk to a doctor. They should consider making it a drive through hospital. All they want is your insurance money - sad reality.

People at the front desk are rude. Nurses and Doctors are so nice if it wasn’t for the people at the front desk I would’ve given 5 stars.

Went in for testing which should have been 2 appointments (initial and retest after treatment) and due to them mislabeling the test or the lab not running them, I had to come in a total of 5 DIFFERENT TIMES, each for about an hour.I had both the lab staff and two physicians complete the test wrong and they showed no signs of improving the process or solving the issue. I followed up with the patient experience line but will no longer be using this location. In addition, I had to call multiple times along the way to check on the test/treatment, with them not even telling me for a week that they had messed it up. After getting the issue sorted, they still had no explanation for what was wrong with the test. Due to their incompetency with tests I had a virus in my system for well over a week after my initial appointment where they should have found it. After all this, there is really no reason for me to trust them with my care.

It used to be fabulous and the doctors are still great. However, getting through to them, scheduling, getting refills is just impossible. Just to get through to reception is a thirty minute hold time before giving up

Love Duly Heath. So many locations. Usually dont wait more than 5 minutes to be called into room. Physicians always so thorough. I have had appointments for kids with Pediatrics in Plainfield and Dermotology at DG location. I also use OB/GYN in Naperville location and delivered at Edward with outstanding Labor and Delivery RN's and Mother Baby RN's.

Came here for a painful issue with my face & they flat out refused to see me without a mask. I explained to them it was painful to wear it & they could isolate me because of it. They refused my need for medical attention. Great job guys! May you all have hemorrhoids the size of your arrogant attitudes.
