I came here back in October. I did not have a good experience here. I made a purchase online and went to pick up my order, which I had gotten a message saying it was ready to pick up. I drove an hour to pick this upWhen I got there it wasn't ready. While I waited for it to get put together I asked if someone could help me look for another pair of pants because I was told the one pair of pants I had bought for my son, was no longer in stock. It seemed like they were all too busy to help me. There was a middle-aged woman behind the.counter who was too busy marking products to help me the middle aged man was not very pleasant or helpful, and he sent a teenage guy who really didn't know anything about the pants to help me. I was so frustrated and thought I'm never going there again. My boys really like their products . I think they are overpriced, and if their customer service continues to be like that, they will be out of business soon. Also, the pair of pants I did buy started showing stretch marks, and it's been less than 5 months since he's had them.

Husband and son for got to pack belts on our trip. Duluth was near the place we stayed and they didn't disappoint had style and size my guys wanted/needed. Plus a few extra items we couldn't resist.

My partner shops here for work clothes in the brewing industry. This location always is well stocked and has good promotional offers. The staff is also very friendly and helpful when assistance is needed.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The customer service from this company is terrible. I will never be ordering from duluth again after this experience I ordered a jacket, it was ordered in the wrong color - I was told i could do an exchange or return it - they couldnt change the order. I placed a second order and I was going to return the first. The second order did not have my apartment number on it. I called to have that changed and was told "they placed a note but couldn't guarantee it would be changed." Package was delived to the "front door" of a random city - not my actual address - called the post office of that city, they told me they couldnt help me that I would have to contact the person who made the label. Each time I have called duluths customer service I have had almost 2 hour wait times to talk to someone. I receiveded an email an hour later saying the first jacket was placed on back order and they would "update me as soon as it was shipped" and charged me for both jackets. I still have not received either jackets and got charged for both jackets. Save yourself the headache and don't order from this crap company.
