I was there just now . Worst experience ever ! Young beautiful girl, but her attitude was the worst. Being rude, talking back , attitude.. I still cant believe what happened , maybe she has issues... i wish a manager was there i wish i got her name. Like a said , young beautiful, couple of piercings on her face

I have been in a lot of dollar General store I have to say this store is clean and organized man please keep up the good work and effort and pride to keep your store clean because some of the other stores I been in need to be shut down

Most undependable store in the area. You call- no answer! At least provide a VM message of the store hours. Poor leadership for sure!!!! Just close already! Let a store take over the space that the neighborhood can actually shop at!!

The store is always closed at different hours. Went there today July 31st at around 11:30 am closed. This store spends more hours closed than it is open It's a crapshoot everytime you go hoping to see it open It's no way to run a business. In the last 2 years this store has went downhill fast.How about some communication with customers. Temporarily closed until when??? The manager has the personality of a rock. She always has a garbage attitude and it is written on her face all the time. She is horrible for business. I know quite a few customers that refuse to shop here because of her nasty disposition.

Placed an online order and immediately got a cancel notification this has happened multiple times . So I finally went into the store after week after week canceled orders indicating out of stock on the entire orders week after week and found everything was in stock to this means they have online service but staff to lazy to fill the orders lost my business

This store in Downers Grove locks the doors hours before the posted closing times. I drive a couple miles out of my way, to find that the store has closed early.

I absolutely love the location and I absolutely adore the selection. But this location is never open anymore! I called this morning and they were open and now they’re temporarily closed again. I’m not sure what’s going on, but you got a pay more money to get people in there because I want to shop.
