We love Dogtopia of DG! The staff are so friendly and attentive—they always notify me of any health issues they notice with my dog, which shows me they’re really paying attention to the dogs. I love the extra touches that other daycares we’ve used don’t do—lunchtime snacks, bubble catching, and themed days. Our dog loves going to Dogtopia!

My dog loves her time at Dogtopia! I looked at several places and Dogtopia DG was by far the best. It's clean and bright and everyone there is so nice and welcoming. They do actvities with the pups, keep an eye on them and there is a webcam so you can see your pup and feel good about the dog being there. This place is worth every penny! If I could give this place a million stars, I would!

Terrible communication. Horrible customer service. Do not send your dog here.
Edit: Our matter was not resolved although we gave you every opportunity to do so. You said that you were keeping very friendly dog in a crate all day because it had been just over six months since he had been there. If you would have told us this as we dropped him off, we wouldn't have left him there. But, that was not the case. You called us after we were already on a train to the city and we couldn't go back to get him then. We worried about him all day since he doesn't ever go in a crate. I even left work early to get him and then you told us that you didn't put him a crate. You could have called us during the day to let us know this. So, we unnecessarily worried all day and left work early. AND, our dog wasn't even tired when he got home. This is never the case when he runs around all day at Doggie Depot so we question what really happened that day. We are extremely disappointed.

Thanks to this fine establishment, my dog sons have an active social life that I have come to envy. Their confidence has grown since they have been attending daycare and it quickly became a regular part of their routine. Facilities are clean and safe, I have no worries knowing they are there living their best lives.

Carrie is a fantastic dog groomer. Not only does my Whoodle look beautiful, she’s actually happy to be with Carrie during her appointment. Carrie is extremely sweet and patient with her:)

My dog Buster LOVES Dogtopia in Downers Grove! It is his favorite place to be! He loves playing with all of his friends and he even loves staying over night. The staff is amazing and so caring! They love Buster so much and always let us know if he ever causes trouble. Buster has been coming here since he was a baby, and four years later it is still his favorite place. Thank you to everyone at dogtopia Downers Grove for loving Buster the way you do! He is always worn out after his day with his friends. Thank you!

We recently followed our groomer, Jackie from the South Loop in Chicago. We would follow her anywhere! The staff was super nice, the establishment seemed to be organized and most importantly when we saw other dogs come out of grooming seemed so happy and calm!
