when we go on vacation, our dogs have their own vacation at Doggie Depot. We can tell they're well taken care of and have a great time. They come home clean and in good spirits. We appreciate being able to go away knowing our pets are well taken care of.

This is the go to place for daycare for your dog in the western suburbs. The staff is incredibly friendly and they genuinely seem to love each dog that comes through the door

I had an exceptional experience with Doggie Depot! The care and attention they provide to every furry friend are truly remarkable. The staff’s kindness and genuine love for dogs create a welcoming environment where pups are treated like family. The presence of owners and well-trained staff assures a safe and enjoyable day for all dogs. Their prompt communication and willingness to address any queries show their dedication. The adorable report card for your dog’s first day is a lovely touch. Especially impressive is their ability to cater to dogs with anxiety, as they’ve been incredibly understanding and supportive with my anxious pup. I wholeheartedly recommend Doggie Depot for top-notch doggie daycare services.

Staff and owner are not very friendly. There is zero flexibility with the 10 day pass. You don't get written rules with the pass or written expiration date. You don't get reports on your pet. Have to call if you want to check to see how your pet is doing.

It has been a battle trying to find a groomer that takes the time to listen and learn about grooming techniques for specific dog breeds. Rudy is an English Cocker Spaniel and he requires stripping, brushing, and trim w/ no clippers. Many groomers say NO because its too much work. Kimberly at Doggie Depot is an exception because she was excited for this challenge. Results were beyond exceptional and surpassed expections. Rudy was so perfectly groomed! It is so rare to find someone so precise! Kimberly is an amazing addition to the Doggie Depot Family! Rudy has found his forever groomer!

Always a treat to leave the dogs here for our vacations. Everyone is extremely friendly and you can tell they all love the animals! When we show up they know our dogs by name and come out to pet them and say hi, and that’s how they are with everyone! TVs with video feeds of all the play areas are in the spacious waiting room with couches that are dog friendly of course. Go once and you will end up a lifer.

I am beyond happy with Doggie Depot....the staff is the best and I know my dog is taken care of. Boarding has been a wonderful experience as well as day care. I love how the staff always knows who she is when we arrive.

Hands down, the best experience we've had with boarding our dog. They take the time to get to know your pet and the setup they have, allowing the dogs to interact with one another in a safe and loving environment is awesome. Highly recommend Doggie Depot.

Riley loves Doggie Depot. She knows where we are as soon as we get in the parking lot and runs to the door ready to play! Great staff and daily photos online are entertaining.
