The pharmacists are super rude and act like they don’t want to be there. I transferred my Perscriptions to a Walgreens… without a drive-thru. That’s how bad the service is. Stay away.

CVS texted a message to pick up my prescription after 9 pm. They closed at 9 pm. I got here at 9:02 pm and they are closed. My Aetna insurance requires us to go to CVS. It’s a 20 minute drive one way. I have come here at 1:30 pm and had them close their window gate saying they are closing for lunch until 2 pm. They need to communicate their hours and closings. So frustrating!!!

The pharmacy department here is so uneducated some people shouldn't be working in this department.. no one ever calls you back and you can't talk to a real person. Also u wait for forever and there is always several people there

It is impossible to call and talk to a live person. The automated system kept denying my refill request and I could not talk to anyone.

Horrible customer service. I do understand that they will take off for lunch at 1:30 and have no problem with that as they should. But I am in line at 1 :20 and go to the second Lane as somebody is in the first one and wait to pick up my prescriptions. They tell me after I've already given my name and waited that that lane is not used for pickup. I go to the other lane which in the meantime another car has pulled up and wait to pick up my prescriptions. I get to the window at 1:30 and they shut it as it's time for the lunch. I hit the call button to tell them they instructed me to go to the other Lane and they said that I drove around other people to get there. No I just went to the open line. Then they said to come back in which I inquired. Why was there no notice posted on the second lane that you could not get pickup? They told me that was store policy. I said I would not have gone to that lane if it had been with a notice that I could not pick up from that lane in which case I would have been there in time. She was rude and told me they would reopen at 2:00 and and to come back at that time and turned off the microphone. Again, I don't deny them their lunch break and they do deserve that, but I do not deserve to be treated like I broke a row which was not posted and have them be rude to me. I realize their time is important but so is mine. All she had is say was she was sorry and that it should be designated. That however, was not the case. I do realize my prescriptions are not important to them so when I transfer it'll be no big deal. But I will transfer out of this location.

40 minutes waiting to pick up 1 prescription that was confirmed ready via text? Terribly slow service.

Unfortunately, some of my prescriptions still go to this location, and I can’t change that until the script runs out, but very unpleasant people. switch locations. They also couldn’t seem to keep a pharmacist, but you’re only as strong as your weakest link. Staff is Very snappy. I feel like most of the employees want to kill themselves. And a couple of them are sad Like Eeyore. Zero emotion, zero expression, dead inside. I would say lack there of, customer service skills

Pharmacy is extremely slow and the pharmacists aren’t very welcoming at all even a bit snappy. They care move about the drive through guest instead of the ones waiting a long time in the lobby. First time picking up a prescription here and I will never be back again.

I come to this location mostly to pick up prescriptions and then occasionally gift cards and birthday cards. The pharm techs could be a lot more attentive, not sure why they move so slow like a sloth. The cashier in the regular store is usually pretty good and helpful. They keep the store well stocked in the morning. Parking can be difficult depending on if you’re trying to turn left or right. I’m not sure why Main St has so many cars going through it.
