Everyone in the pharmacy is kind and attentive! They always do their best to explain any hold ups with my medication, and will continue to try my insurance to ensure I get my medication on time and covered. The wait time to call is never too long which always helps when I have questions that the app can’t answer! The pharmacists will always make sure I don’t have any questions. As a certified pharmacy tech myself, I feel very safe and well taken care of coming here!

Using another app (GoodRX), I found out CVS was the cheapest pharmacy in this area for everything I have. Osco was a close second but their app isn’t as easy to use as the CVS app in my opinion. I recommend using the app and prepaying for prescriptions. It goes faster. The staff is friendly and Eiman was very helpful. If the prescription seems too expensive, use another app like I did to search for a coupon.

Manager(male) in the morning tends to follow me around when I go there. I usually go in to get medicine or something i don't want to drive far for. Getting kinda of annoying, especially since this happens a lot. I get it, he's suspicious, but man don't make me feel uncomfortable

The worst pharmacy. Do not go here!! Terrible customer service. Might think about employing people who have a little respect and knowledge. Never coming back. Medical malpractice waiting to happen

Extremely poor service by the pharmacist. I wish I did not need my medication or I had another location closer to me. The pharmacist was rude, didn’t have time to answer questions and her excuse was they are extremely busy there. I understand that but I also waited on the line like to have my call picked up. It’s like I was an inconvenience to her job and responsibility. Be nice and kind! It does not cost you anything!

Tried to get a prescription filled on October 4th. The person said after a long while they would not take my insurance (however Walgreens did) tried to use GoodRX and person took my phone, disappearing somewhere and then came back after 5 whole minutes saying said it wouldn’t work.I am still kicking myself that I gave my phone over. Then I said I’ll just pay for it and get reimbursed. This is now 20 minutes in the pick up lane. I am desperate for this drug as I am in some pain. They promptly say “we are out of stock”. I feel I was a victim of bias by this person as I am heavy. Not first interaction I felt looked down upon by this person. And when they told me they didn’t have it AFTER all that they had a smug smile on their face. Do not go to the CVS on 1 Ogden Ave Downers Grove Il. I cried after. So mean, so rude, so unprofessional.

Very Rude Pharmacy Staff. They close before posted hours and take long extended lunch hours during which they are closed. I do not reccomend as they have lost scripts for prescriptions I have dropped off.

CVS is fine - it has a variety of things that you might need, especially if they're related to personal hygiene and pharmacy. The pharmacists are helpful.

Just switched to here from walgreens and am very happy with the pharmacy so far plus other items in the store are cheaper than Walgreens and they have a great selection.

Worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. Doctors and dentist have called in Rx and received confirmation on multiple occasions for multiple family members and when I call or go in they have no record of the prescriptions. Their answer...I wasn't here this morning, there's nothing I can do. You'll have to call your doctor tomorrow. I've asked repeatedly to confirm I am set up for text updates, have never gotten a single one when the prescription is finally ready. Today, on hold for 20 minutes, someone finally picks up and without saying a word hangs up on me. Called again and drove to the pharmacy drive through while still on hold for 15 minutes - no one in drive through, multiple people on staff, and couldn't find my prescription. Switching to another CVS. Today was enough.
