“I’ve been there three separate times as they had the medication available and my local Walgreens in Glen Ellyn did not. I will say that this Walgreens is always a treat going to as it’s never really overwhelmingly packed and the service is awesome. I tried the delivery service for the first time just to see how it would go and it showed up the same day. I can’t ask for better than that. Great job!”

“A very special recognition for Katie in Pharmacy. I ran out of my Metoprolol (a very important blood pressure medication). The FedEx delivery of this medication was delayed (Christmas Season). It was a Sunday, and Katie had to spend considerable time on the phone with Blue Cross to get approval for a refill (because it was a Sunday). Her perseverance paid off, and I got a refill of my Metoprolol. Thank you Katie.”

“This is the 1st time I have used CVS to make my photo Christmas cards and I was pleasantly surprised as to how user-friendly their website was.But -- I REALLY want to commend the staff at the brick & mortar store on 63rd & Main in Downers Grove, IL. First off, my cards were ready more than an hour earlier than promised. When I arrived at the store, there was a sign directing me to stand in the check-out line for service at the photo counter. I was in line only a minute when a sweet, friendly clerk - ROSETTA - came to help. She got my order behind the counter and even told me to take a look at a card to make sure it was OK. As she handed me the paper bag, she had second thoughts and said she would put it in a plastic bag also because of the weather. I realize this is simply her job there, but she was so polite, friendly and helpful that I could NOT let things go unnoticed. CVS, you have an awesome employee in Rosetta!”
