I’ve been with Communication Clubhouse since my Son was 18 months old. Kyle Hood is now 11 yrs old. He receives Speech, Occupational and ABA therapy in the Downers Grove office . I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this office. Honestly this is his 2nd home. Kyle has advanced so much because of them. I’m so appreciative to Communication Clubhouse.

BEWARE: find yourself another ABA clinic. Please do your research and actually observe these people/place. The therapists are incompetent and the billing department tries to nickel and dime you for everything. The coordinator, Linda, writes me emails with so many grammatical errors and incomplete sentences. This is who they hire to manage intake? The place is very dusty and dirty. My son walked out and I noticed a large dust smudge on his coat. They are letting him run himself on those dirty floors? Not to mention, my son is constantly sick and I'm convinced these therapists don't sanitize anything! Also, one therapist told me in confidence that their CEO makes them come to work sick as they are understaffed?! What??! Stay away and find another ABA clinic that truly cares. I recommend the place for children with autism. My son is thriving there and I get constant updates via iPad.

We have been working with therapists from The Clubhouse since my twins were 18 months old and in early intervention. We then started going to The Clubhouse after they aged out of EI and have been there ever since for multiple types of therapy. My twins are almost 10. We love the therapists, office staff, program offerings, and schedule availability. This place is built for kids, they get it. I feel so grateful to have connected with this group of caring humans. They have made a huge impact for my kids and have helped them group tremendously! I would highly recommend The Clubhouse to anyone looking for pediatric therapy!

This place is absolutely terrible. They conducted an evaluation for my child and charged me $350 and had no open spots for therapy. Beware. They are a HIGHLY unorganized clinic and will bill you for services in which you do not receive. They will never follow up with you. You will have to do your own follow up. Do not waste your money here! Do not trust them with your children. If no stars were an option that's what I would give them.

We have loved our experience at the Communication Clubhouse in Downers Grove. The team of therapist are fantastic with my kids and I have seen a tremendous amount of progress in them. The kids are excited to go and love their RBTs. The level of communication is great and I feel that they include me on the team when discussing what is best for my kids.

I am very grateful that the Communication Clubhouse was open in the fall for in-person. Our son has grown so much and he is able to interact with others with less frustration. They really make the sessions enjoyable and the progress is so apparent. The social groups have put my mind at ease that this fall will be better for them due to their Friday groups this summer. I would highly recommend Communication Clubhouse.

The Clubhouse is awesome! They offer all the services your child could need in one place! ABA, OT, SP, PT, and so much more. They also have some really great social groups. All of the therapists are super knowledgable and caring towards their clients and the admin staff is wonderful to work with as well. Would highly recommend!
