This bank restricts you from taking out your own money from the ATM. Customer Service is trained to treat less rich customers with arrogance and apathy. Incompetent and merit-less management from top to bottom that’s why their international operations are closing left right and center. If you are not rich enough you will be made to wait on hold if you call again and again. Stay away.

The customer service in the branches is horrible. The customer service over the phone is horrible. The representatives inside the bank made me feel like they would get an illness from me (I know during this times is Difficult, but they could do a better work if they had a little bit of courtesy. I opened 2 accounts: a checking and a credit card. I decided to close the checking account 6 days after. On top of that, they offer you a great promo to open a credit card, and then, the bonus that they offer ends not being that they promised. Higher fees comparing to any other bank. Other banks have courtesy waving of fees is there is a mistake in your charges, But, again, Citi bank does not do that. I would give 0 star rating if I could. Worst banking experience ever.

Been a customer for years and years....Talk about a moron teller! I am actually here looking to get a document notarized which has clear instructions that the notary not Need to stamp but just fill out the information and then sign and date. I went to the teller Claudia, she read and re-read and the re-read the instructions which also had an example sheet. I even showed her where she then started to tell Me that "I" had to fill out the page "she" was supposed to fill out and for some reason she could Not figure something so simple out. She then said she felt "uncomfortable and had the legal right to refuse to notarize" my document. To be honest she just did it to be a pain. So i drive here and now have to wait for her manager who i am hoping has a working brain and can read instructions. No wonder this bank has one star. My advice, make the drive and go elsewhere which i will moving forward!

We've been customers for ten years now. Just needed to add my husband to our kids' accounts as a signer. Long story, but they just could not assist us with this request after multiple of in-person visits. Was told to use the app to schedule an appointment. Oh, and was also told that I am, quote, "not their only customer." Easiest for us to stay with Citibank--for now--and just avoid this branch entirely. Think this is a community, hometown bank? It is not. And also, you would not be their only customer, in case you were wondering.

Fantastic experience with an all around accommodating staff. Jeronimo told us some inspiring stories and helped me establish my savings and build my credit. Made us feel like we're starting married life off on the right foot.
