Tried depositing $500 dollars into the atm and it took my money and didn't deposit it into my account. Went inside and they said they couldn't do anything for me. Pretty ridiculous considering you guys have camera's everywhere. Low quality service at this place.

By far, the worst branch of Chase in the western suburbs of Chicago. Received money from another branch of Chase and took it after awhile to deposit in this branch and they took it as fake money!!! Very unreliable and unexperienced staff! I am 66 y/o and have been with Chase for more than 15 years and have been generally happy with them except with this branch. Chase needs to shut down this branch, this branch has always been bad not providing proper services correctly. SZA, Ph.D.

Open CD with a lady banker and guess what ? Two days later I found out they didn’t fund my CD. How can you forgot fund your client cd after opening it? Horrible..Been with chase for more than 7yrs . Guess it’s time to move on ..

I will preface this with I am willing to increase my rating on this branch pending a constructive response from non-bot. Also, we are current Chase customers. Stopped by the branch to open an additional account and was turned away and instructed to make an appointment. I might appreciate such a response nearer posted closing time, though this was late afternoon. Ironically, last summer we were in with questions concerning a large fund transfer. This visit was nearer closing time and despite this we had three bankers 'swarming' us with great interest in receiving the transfer. What gives? I will tell you what gives, within 5 mile radius is BoA, Citi, etc that offer equally dismal deposit rates and a plethora of online options.

Make sure when you get quarters in a roll that they make.i didn't expect them not giving the right amount.This is the third time I've gotten quarters and I had a penny instead of quarter the time before it was a dime and the Time before that it was a penny instead of a quarter I tried to call them to let them know you must have called them 10 times and it just kept going to the thing sorry their busy and call back. The customer service was good they've never been rude but they need to get their machines checked!!!!

Not sure why there are low reviews for a bank. I go to this branch semi often but each time whether it’s in the drive-thru or inside, I’ve always had satisfactory customer service. I would like to point out that I have never waited 20 mins before. Sounds very exaggerated. Staff was always pleasant. I recommend to just deposit money with the teller instead of the machine.

Went in to open a new checking account for myself and for my son. Wade Dugan was our Banker, he was extremely helpful and had us both set up with our new account quickly!! Highly recommended Wade and Chase for your banking needs.
