They are a bank, but they don't have enough cash for me to withdraw 2k. What kind of a bank doesn't have cash?The worst kind. I am going to cancel my Chase bank debit card.

Had the absolute worst experience at this branch. I was the first person inside yet had to wait over an hour and a half to talk to someone after they told me it would only take 15 minutes. I spent 10 minutes trying to get issues resolved only for NOTHING to be fixed. I ended up having to call Chase two weeks later because nothing that the banker said she was doing for me actually happened. I will never return to this branch.

I WENT TO OPEN A ACCOUNT.I DON'T RECALL HIM GIVING A NAME(FOUND OUT HIS NAME JORDAN) GAVE HIM MY ID AND SSC WHICH HE REALLY WANTED TO KNOW WHERE I WAS BANKING AT PREVIOUSLY BECAUSE HE SAID HE COULD USE THAT AS A FORM OF ID. THEN HE SAID WHY DO YOU WANT TO OPEN A ACCOUNT WHICH IS FUNNY TO ME..COME TO FIND OUT I COULDN'T OPEN A ACCOUNT ANYWAY. ASKED HIM TO JUST GIVE ME THE NUMBER TO CALL FOR THE REASON I COULDN'T OPEN A ACCOUNT. WHY DID HE GIVE ME A SCAMMER NUMBER?? THAT ONE MISTAKE IS WHAT COULD HAVE CAUSED SOMEBODY TO GET SCAMMED. THANKS CHASE.

Been using this location when I visit area. I'm happy with staff both tellers and personal bankers - courteous and friendly. Also, lots of ATM machines!

On customer service. First time I have had a problem with this location. African American woman waiting for a friendly face to ask if I needed help. Usually in the past was always greeted nicely when I came in. A young male white banker just walked past twice without asking if I needed assistance but as soon as a young white female comes in he addresses her immediately. Like I said first time this has happened. I would like to think they would be friendly to everyone.

Came in to make a deposit into my business account. None of the bankers wanted to help me- I came 30 mins prior to closing. The tellers said the bankers were busy or with clients but they were just standing around talking to each other. Do Not Recommend coming here if it's for a business purpose. They just sit here in their suits and twiddle their thumbs.
