The things that I look for in a business are honesty; competence; respect; friendliness; and, price-in that order. I have used Cassidy Tires on Ogden in Downers Grove three times over the past couple of years. They are TOPS in all of my category preferences.

I dropped in because I was overdue for an oil change & I was in the area. Despite not having an appointment, I was squeezed in & attended to quickly. I also needed a cabin filter change but my overall charges were reasonable. Service was fast & friendly.

Has me a tire losing air…The guys were able to squeeze me in quickly for an appointment with about an hours notice…found the problem…fixed it and had me on my way about as quick as could be…fast and cheap…highly recommend!

Had a very good experience with Cassidy Tire and Service. I had a nail in my tire, and it was losing air quickly. I first stopped at the dealership where I bought my car and recently new tires, and where I get my car serviced. They told me they don’t patch tires. So luckily Cassidy Tires was just down the road. Sam, is who I dealt with. Even though they were busy, he squeezed me in. Not only was he accommodating, I was in and out of there quickly, and the price was extremely reasonable. Next time I need new tires, I will definitely call them.

I showed up to the wrong Cassidy Tire during my lunch break. As I got to the counter, I realized this and said it to the manager working the desk. He ended up fitting me in to do a tire rotation during my lunch break. I was in and out within 45 min, cheapest price I’ve ever paid for a rotation, and the service was phenomenal. Highly recommend.

Nice experience. Late Friday got a flat. I’m All stressed out. So, I called Sam up and asked him if he could get me in on Saturday with tire issues because I realized they were closing for the day. He immediately said “can you get here now we’re not closed yet.” So, I limped my car down to Cassidy and I was done in 15 minutes.

Excellent service and value. Sam is great and makes sure you are taken care of. Third set of tires at Downers Grove location and always got a good deal and great service.

Wonderful service and a great deal!!!!! Look no further for an oil change, brakes, and TIRES!!!! I will never go back to the dealership for my repairs. The price is right at this Cassidy location. Thank you Joe, Kevin and Rick! You are never going to get rid of me!
