I have been customer for 6+ yrs. Store quality has gone down terribly in past year or so. Always have to check expiry of products on shelf.Recently is last straw: I got haldiram tandoori roti frozen (not expired per package date) with *mold* on it. I called and asked if I can return it and other frozen food I had purchased at the same time. I texted pictures of purchase receipt and moldy rotis on their request and got no reply. When I called, they didn’t answer my call. For 10$ you have lost a regular customer forever. I will now be doing my shopping at Ambica on 75th and woodridge or Patel brothers.

This is very poor quality grocery. It is moist and stinky products. Owner is very rude. Don't want to even nicer to customers. I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop here.

Bought two frozen packages of kachoris, all were broken inside, shells had come out, the second package also felt like they were all broken. This can only happen when there is freezer issues, they might have been left out or something. This can also cause health hazard. Freezer items not to be trusted from this store.

It's a big store with a lot of different kinds of food, kitchen tools, and statues of god. Even they have things for pooja for Diwali. It's a very clean store, and the people who work there are also very helpful. Plus, every week they have a lot of deals.

I would like to give zero star, Have been customer for long time, Now they are selling expired item, which is illegal. When I called and told Kamlesh, His explanation was I check it and you should check before you buy. They lost not only one customer, all my friend will know their business practice.

I walked in wearing a mask and the front counter guy and stocker both were not wearing a mask. I walked up to him asking if there is a mask mandate in this store, he said yes, but we (referring to himself, and his stocker) are not wearing it. I left my basket on the floor to leave the store, the front counter guy, said “but you are wearing a mask”. I said “yeah but I choose not associate or give business to a store that doesn’t.”They deal in food, if they can’t be clean and hygienic by wearing a mask, then I how can I tell if the food isn’t expired or worse or reliable. I think for small business owners, they would not have lost my business. If the guy in the front counter hadn’t kept his mouth shut. It escalated the situation. I know I wear mask I follow the state mandate, I am the customer. My Mum and I have been going that store since 1990. I was very young. The old owners were amazing. It’s sad to see what it turned into.
