I had occasion to have 90K repairs and collision repairs done. The work done in both departments was exemplary in particular with Jeff in collision. Jeff went beyond in helping me out with an insurance claim and rental. The car looks new and I really appreciated the thorough wash and interior detail cleaning! However, communication from Service was a little off. Delay in getting work was challenged because of online/texting communication between myself and the service rep. She did a nice job getting the work done quickly once it was found that there was a delay. Please change the name on the file to my name as I have the pink slip not my mother and that does confuse people.

Have had multiple issues over the years here. Waited for over a year for an airbag recall and now have to sit in waiting room. It's bad enough their service has been hit or miss but waiting for an airbag so I'm not killed, the least they could do is have enough furniture in the waiting room. Had to pull a chair myself from dales department to bring into waiting room while in have to sit for hours . I have another car with another dealership when you wait there is coffee, soda, snacks etc to ease the pain. No here none of that and in addition you get to move chairs . Ugh...hate this place/

I arrived last Saturday for an oil change and a new keyfob. I called to get a price for the keyfob several days earlier and was told that it would cost $150 and that i wouldn't have to pay an additional fee for programming since it was a key start. When i checked in, i was told there would be a $98 fee for programming. I asked to speak to the manager. He wasn't in but the employee asked the sales manager, who refused to honor the price. I will not be coming back.
