I can't imagine going through the sale of my mom's house without Beth.
She brought an excellent understanding of the market. Helping us understand when is the best time to sell, the right price, etc... all this leading to a quick and painless transaction above asking price.
I rarely sell a home, much less one that isn't mine and was recently lived in. Beth provided a lot of sage advice to get it ready for sale. Sharing what is customary and supporting our families wishes. Her network was top notch; estate sale, cleaners, etc..
Business aside, unexpectedly needing to sell my mother's home was an emotional time. She was genuinely compassionate and empathetic. Encouraging progress, without applying pressure. Always there to help in any way, going above and beyond.

Beth was amazing to work with! We were buying a home from across the country so we weren’t able to do in-person showings and Beth was great at providing incredibly thorough walkthroughs, as well as sharing her honest opinion on whether or not she felt it was right for us. She took the time to understand who we are and what our needs are and found us the perfect home in a perfect neighborhood. Beth is an amazing Realtor. From the first time she visited our home when we had just started to think about selling she has been incredible. She is very low pressure and listens to what you want while providing constructive feedback. She marketed our home very well which resulted in a successful open house and several offers within a couple days of listing our home. Her recommendations for staging our home were realistic and easily done. Our home looked beautiful after we completed what she asked. The photos of our home showed exactly what it looked like and wasn't overly edited or taken with a super wide angle lens, which we also appreciated. Overall, she is a fantastic Realtor, and person, and we will recommend her forever!
