Understandably there aren't as many people working and so no one is really there to help or answer questions. Those days are gone. But best buy is still a fun place to go to.

Been here to purchase a Samsung S series ultra phone had to wait for a service advisor for over an hour and the worst part…after making the payment was asked to collect the item from their other store about 4-5 miles away…awful
