Truly the BEST Pet Store in town! Rob has a wealth of knowledge on the foods and quality (especially with picky eaters). I would love to see the store carry Feline Natural Lamb & Salmon pouches to offer a healthier wet food or Smalls so I could try this food for my kitties. They do love the ZIWI that has recently been stocked. Happy to continue to be a customer and seek out only the best foods for my fur babies. (Thanks Rob for all the help!)

I love this place. I live by midway airport and travel to this place to get my dogs food, bones and everything else he needs. This place is amazing. Always there to help you in anyway they can answer all your questions and more.

We brought our dog in for a groom. She had matting on ONLY her legs and belly with NO matting on the rest of her body which would include face, tail, back, and ears. I asked to keep these areas longer and expressed understanding of shaving down the matted areas of belly and legs. When I picked up my dog she was literally shaved to the skin from head to toe. My dog has been traumatized for over a week now. I was also charged extra for demattting when all that was clearly done was shaving every square inch of her body. When I called to express my concerns and ask for help I was promised a call back which never happened. Will not be returning under any circumstance unfortunately

I am very happy with Tiffani and the grooming services at the Bentley’s in Downers Grove! The ease of appointment making and the wonderful care our Freddie receives are top notch! The absolute best part is that the whole service takes 1 hour, no crating and delays; each dog gets very personalized service that is quick and efficient. Freddie smells so good when he’s all done, super clean trimmed beautifully! You won’t be disappointed!
