Claudia has the worst attitude. Thank god I don’t bank here because of her. I only have to come here to get money for elderly family members. She likes to make it as hard as possible to cash a check. Then the best part they want to charge a fee

Phone system is still terrible. Will be moving my money purely because of poor experience with phone system and subsequent inability to perform online banking.

Your phone system is not up to par. It's impossible to go down any branches in the phone system (IVR) to actually speak to a human. Went down a branch and was on hold then you guys hung up on me. Fix your phone system so that customers can speak to employees of your bank to fix issues.
