Santiago! I want to thank this gentleman for his help, and kindness today! Replaced brake lights in minutes and had me on my way. There are many auto body parts/service shops up and down Ogden Avenue -- none compare to the service at Auto Zone. Just drive in, they are there to assist. Dont waste your time elsewhere. Thanks so much, guys!

Santiago went out of his way to help me in the cold, helping me with multiple issues with my car and thoroughly explaining everything to me. He treated me like I was his daughter, making sure I was fully taken care of before I left. His kindness turned my day around and I hope that this store knows what an incredible human being he is. I will only come to this store from now on.
