I run a shop and as far as parts guys go I’ve never ran into a better partner than Mike. He is attentive and gives updates when needed and has been there for me since the day I was introduced to him. It has been a Pleasure working with him and I’m looking forward to a very long relationship.

My friend in DG is a raving fan of this AutoZone for their knowledge and above and beyond customer service. We went there today to replace a windshield wiper blade, so I thought. It turned out just to have come off and the tech put it back in for me as a courtesy. He could have sold a new one to me and I would not have known any better. 10 points from me. I don't live in the immediate area and I will be happy to drive to DG for future AutoZone needs. Hats off and kudos to the DG tech team!!!! Thank you.

Always friendly service who are happy to help you do a variety of small car services, such as check engine light analysis and installing windshield wipers. Many purchase options and decent prices.

Came in to buy some diff fluid after buying all the parts to rebuild my differential. After about a month my gasket started leaking so today I went to warranty it out and was told they can’t find my warranty through my profile but I still have it listed on my account. Then went to buy new fluid and was told I can’t use my rewards points to save a few more $$. This location does not care about part warranty’s even with proof of purchase via online and phone number accounts. The manager just wants to sell you on new parts at no rewards discounts.

September 15, 2024, I had a very positive experience with the parts manager on duty (Santiago). The gentleman portrayed exemplary professionalism & flexibility. Santiago fostered my problem & made it his very own. Santiago effectively facilitates the cohesion of his staff which reflects the strength of his leadership & competency.
