“I needed a specific make/model tire to match the other three on the car. Sebastian informed me the did not have the tire in stock, but the warehouse did and they could have it by 2pm. I needed the completed tire to me by 6pm. I said go ahead. The tire arrived at 2, I had it install and in my trunk by 3. We made the deadline, and the price was competitive with others that wanted me to wait 3 business days for the same product. Thanks Sebastian, you did great. Certainly will look to Cassidy for future needs.”

“I'm hesitant to leave an honest review because it may make Diehl so popular I have a hard time getting an appointment. Rick was super helpful from start to finish. I called ahead to make an appointment and they had the parts ready to go on the day of service. Vehicle inspection was spot on and identified everything I expected plus a burnt out bulb I was not aware of.Vehicle was serviced quickly and I was back on the road the same morning.”

“We drive from Lockport to Beard Auto Repair because they are the only mechanics we can trust. After being taken advantage of by every other local auto repair shop, Beard is the best thing to happen to us as vehicle owners. They only fix what needs to be fixed unless you ask them to fix more. You have no idea how great it is to get a call saying no charge because nothing needs repair at this time. Knowing we can wait until spring to revisit possible repairs instead of them just making money off of us is the difference between the honest mechanics at Beard and the 3 other shops we have been to.”

“My battery died this morning. I took to autozone and got a new battery. The guy at autozone told me my alternator was also bad and gave me a print out of the test. He recommended I go to AMS and get it replaced. AMS tested it themselves and told me the alternator is fine and they aren’t sure why it failed at autozone but they say no reason to replace it. They told me no charge for the test. I’m new to the area. I’m not a loyal customer. They couldve easily changed the alternator anyway and took my money. I would’ve never known the difference. But they didn’t I appreciate the honesty and know where I’ll take my car if I have future problems.”
