Bought 2014 Chevrolet Traverse
Very honest dealership, and I was very happy with the transaction.
Fair pricing and transparency in other expenses.
The salesman was very friendly, and I got financing relatively easy given my good credit.
Overall, I was very happy with the dealership and I would do it again and recommend them to family and friends.

I just purchased a 2013 Subaru Outback from Auto House-Downers Grove. The car was in great condition and fairly priced. My salesman, Martin, and the staff were great to work with. They agreed to change the brake pads as part of the sale price, and they went a step further to replace the rotors as well! I am very satisfied with my experience and I would recommend Martin at Auto House-Downers Grove to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle.

Had a very positive experience buying my car here. I had found the car I was interested in on cargurus and when I called to inquire about it they got back to me right away. I was able to test drive alone after showing my license. I appreciate that they didn't try and bait and switch me to another vehicle as other dealerships had. Martin the salesperson was polite and easy to deal with. I had a good experience with the finance guy and I feel like a got a really good deal on a great car with a reasonable interest rate, times being what they are. Definitely would recommend them for a nice inventory and a good deal.

Great place to get your vehicle from hands down they really will look out for you I had a problem with a vehicle from them and call the salesman Martin told him and they fixed it without a problem and sent me on my way 10 outta 10

Frankly, I don’t understand the negative reviews. I dealt with both Tarique and Martin and found them both to be men of their words. They promised to ship the car to me (for a fee). The contract included the fee but did not specify that they would ship the vehicle. They did everything they had agreed to do. I bought a 16 year old Range Rover for $9,000. Of course it isn’t pristine. It is, however, all that they said it would be. I would buy again from them.
