Horrible customer service!! Carly the manager got hostile with me refused to help me. Said she didn’t have to be on the phone with me 5 minutes after closing. Which I was placed on hold for over 10 mins and no one could get a hold of her. When she finally jumped on the call she had a bad attitude and refused to help me then hung up. With that being said it’s Memorial Day weekend and won’t be able to contact anyone til Tuesday. Don’t recommend doing business here.

Sarah did a great job getting answers to the insurance questions I had. Those issues she needed another review of were handled within an hour. The local State Farm office (Andy Herrero) is great to work with.
