We had to come into the ER very late. Amazingly, they were busy. But the team there from registration to getting help was amazing. Our family is so grateful for the kindness, care and respect they showed us. Very grateful for the experience, despite the circumstances. Thank you Good Sam ER team 3/18/2024 at approximately 1am!

Very disorganized visit to your IR Radiology. They could have told me what was needed a week before the procedure. They waited 2 days before the procedure to tell me. Then when the results were there on Monday night Good Sam waited until Friday night to load it in the Epic portal.

Dr. Mirza was extremely unpleasant to work with during my inpatient stay. She diagnosed me with depression based on my appearance (I am not depressed, I was in the hospital for anxiety). She kept accusing me of things that are not true. She did not once smile or make me feel comfortable. I felt myself getting anxious whenever I had to talk to her because of how argumentative and unapproachable she was. She put in the least amount of effort to explain my medications to me, and instead had a nurse give me print outs of the medication info. She wrote off my nausea from the medications as symptoms of an eating disorder. She accused me of having a flat affect and tried to tell me I was depressed when I was just tired from the medication that she had me on. She also accused me of refusing to eat and spitting food into a napkin, even though nobody looked in the napkin to see that I had just blown my nose into it. I cannot believe this woman is allowed to practice in the mental health field.I am giving three stars because the nurses Hannah and Kim and the counselors Sonja and Courtney went above and beyond and are all around wonderful ladies and great at their jobs.My inpatient stay would have been excellent if not for Dr. Mirza.

A few of the nurses were nice but the doctor Nadia Mirza was cruel and verbally abusive to someone in a bad time. This hospital caused me very bad medical anxiety to the point that I will no longer be seeking out professional care.

Outstanding services. Both my husband and I visited their ER, GI lab, and other departments of this hospital and are very happy with staff, facilities, procedures and overall care they provided. Keep up great work, Good Sam!

30 years going only to Good Samaritan for ALL my medical procedures. Everything from multiple open heart surgeries to diagnostics, labs, rehab and imaging. I have them listed on my Medical ID bracelet as preferred emergency destination.Best staff, nurses and doctors. You can't help but get well sooner there. Thank you all for you have done for me and my family.

Just a VERY LARGE Complex If you have the experience of having to get used to getting around this hospital frequently, it's very easy to learn but for a first or second time visitor you really gotta ask those volunteers, directions or really study the map of the hospital even then, but it is a good hospital only level one trauma in dupage. County, they know what they're doing. If it's seriously life-threatening. Forget the other local ones and just come here. They've pulled my logs from the fire a few times when it shouldn't have worked. So these people are miracle workers.. With the slight exception of a little bit better pain management especially after surgeries.
