Waited on hold for over 10 minutes to order a pizza. All I've heard is personal conversations about being over 50. His wife. Back in his day. I've heard over 10 different conversation from customers while I've been on hold. You can hear the door open and new customers come in and they are getting taken care of before me. I'm beyond livid. This guy needs a refresher on customer service and that's putting it nice.
