Excellent customer service skills ? had 2 problems out of all the 7years I've been going there it's still a great place to go I do and will recommend anyone to go there I have my one special person I always leave with a smile on my face ?

This place can bring in more business if their customer service was better and they would exterminate. They have roaches which crawled on a client. These people are extremely rude and will loose business if they don’t know how to treat and respect their customers.

Usually, the service is good. However, today it was horrible. He soaked one hand in tepid, plain water for <30 seconds and the other hand for about a minute. No cuticle oil, no massage, no washing hands. He rushed through the whole manicure, one nail he didn't even shape and the rest were left with rough edges. He brought me to the drying station to polish them. My daughter's manicure was almost as bad.

First time, the owner was very nice and nail techs were all very hard working. I could tell that they worked as hard as they could with all of the people their, my tech I think was called seven was super nice and careful with my pedicure and I had a great conversation with him too. I visited many nail salons before and this one is one of the best, costumer service is great, the place is comfortable and friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back (Excellent work)Service: Pedicure
