I have been going to these guys for a few months now and I have gotten power steering work done, sensor and more. They have yet to let me down. They will be the only shop that work on my cars from here on out. Don't go anywhere guys.

This place is a joke, went to get gaskets put on one day job ...a week later they still haven't touched my car left my car outside for 4 days with my window open it rained in my car causing more issues.. Never again

I actually regret bringing my vehicle here. They charged me $40 for a $6 gasket, which was great. No complaints. Until a month and a half later the part they fixed broke again, I tried 4 different times, at different times of the day, to come and have them resolve it. I live 40 minutes away and each time was told to come back because they were backed up. I left my vehicle there from 1030am to 530pm and told them I’m not coming back a 5th time. They called me back after wasting my day I could have worked and said they were STILL NOT ABLE TO fix the part they had guaranteed. Hire more people!

I brought my dodge charger here after I fail the emissions test ?. Myself being a woman didn't know anything about cars.I left my car here at Muffler and brake they put it on a diagnostic machine I received a estimate with a very reasonable price needless to say I agree to the price and received my car back the same day and I took my car back to emissions test and passed with flying colors. They ( Muffler and brakes)also gave me a year warranty on my carAmazing work very friendly and fast honest service Thank you Mr.Lopez and Victor. I recommend to everyone. In the past year i took my car to LaFrance to repair my dodge charger cost me over a thousand dollars with the engine light still on after a day after i pick up my car i return he told me i needed to paid more money to have my engine light fix.i wont return to LaFrance again.I highly recommend Muffler and brake shop in Dolton they will get all my family business.

They actually fixed a job that another mechanic didn't do correctly. I also had them to put my rear coil and shock absorbers on. I've gone to them before, they are good and reasonable. ? ? ? ??

So I recommend avoid this business at all cost... the owner of this shop stole my back brake pads and replaced them with pads that were worn out. He thought I wouldn’t notice but 3 days after leaving his shop I started hearing noice in the back.... horrible service..... also there was a previous issue with my car with knocking... I only wanted to see if he could find where the problem was and not fix anything. I told him pls call me before you start working on anything. He goes and puts pads on and fixes the knocking issue then charges me a price that he never disclosed to me. Forcing me to look for money I don’t have. Horrible service the city of Dolton needs to close them down!!!

Mr. Lopez is very knowledgeable and is definitely a professional. I've had two of my vehicles serviced here. My experience with the shop have always been good. Also the services are reasonably priced.

Called this company to ask about a brake job and a Hispanic fellow answered very rudely and said “you know you can’t come today right” I asked when could I and he stated Monday. I said ok well that probably won’t work for me and he just hung up in my face. I was going to simply ask if early Wednesday would work. The old owners were so much better. Sad that this is what the owners hire, or even scarier this may have been the owner.
