I’ve had my business account for over 3 years now with Fifth third and the Dolton was very helpful, and I met the branch manager Tiffany, that went above and beyond to service my needs. I will definitely be using this branch more often.

This location is terrible. The drive thru ATM machine stays broken. They do NOT have another ATM at this location. You will have to wait for the 3 employees inside to assist all 10 of the customers before you can withdrawal any funds. Waste of time. Just go to South Holland location...avoid Calumet City also. Do better 5th 3rd

I am not a fan of bigger banks, however the staff at the Fifth Third In DOLTON have a family feel. My favorite is Ms Q. She is not only beautiful on the outside but inside as well. Great customer service.
