This establishment is excellent. I was promptly attended to, and my cornrows were transformed into a ponytail within two hours. The stylist was professional, and the final result was neat. I paid $120 for the service.

Horrible went there for large Knotless and looks like a kid played in my head my head is white from the gel she used and gel was clumped up in my head sloppy mess she charged 180 for it overpriced and provided my own hair and let her keep the rest of the hairService: Braids

I’ve been going to CO CO for years. She always forget that I made an appointment. Then she has someone else doing me crochets. The lady braided my hair so tight and had hair in between the braids pulling my hair more. Then the crochet tool couldn’t get through my braids due to them being so tight. I had the biggest headache ever. So that was hurting my hair. This type of style shouldn’t have felt like I was getting micro braids. She put too many in one place. I went home and took some out. And she keep going up on her prices. I started paying $60. Then $80. The last time which was couple months ago she charged me $100. And did another lady hair and through me too a girl I never seen. I thought we had a relationship. I’ve sent them customers. This last time left me feeling upset and looking to find another African place to go to.Service: Braids

The owner was very unprofessional she didn't have the hair color I wanted so I agreed to spend extra on buying my own hair There was no discount from the original price but I was fine with it I just wanted the color I wanted. Mind you I was already sitting in her chair she has greased up my hair and all. We were very clear that I was going right across the street to the beauty supply store to grab the hair. By the time I crossed the street and called her to make sure I was getting the right hair she tells me she took someone else. I came into the shop and spoke with Fifi. She told me i can come back in a hour to begin my hairstyle and when i was on my way driving i called her to let her know im on my way and she told me to ce another day because she have a client already. Her communication skills are horrible she sent me off without making anytime of arrangements and i had an important day to attend to . I will never support this business again ????

I set appointments for me and my daughter. I THEN read reviews and was very hesitant on continuing with our appointments. I'm glad we kept them. Excellent job and professional services. We'll definitely be back! Keep up the great work!!

Every time I come there it’s an issue. They will make an appointment for me to come in by a certain time but every single time they just take walk-in’s first. They suppose to open at 9 but have you sitting waiting for 30minutes to an hour. If you pull off and come back and they store is open by then appointment or not they take whoever comes first . I do not like the way they do business if you say you have no one but soon you walk in you ask who was there first that’s not how you do it you take your appointment first. I PERSONALLY WILL NOT BE BACK!!!! They did this far too many times to me then they call and say discount but don’t give you one . I’ve tried this place too many times and they failed. Do hair good but the way they operate will not work for me . Also they eat smack and yell all in your ear while getting your hair done . Be ready to be annoyed.
