I apologize for giving such a high rating. The stars wouldn't go any lower. I don't know the "E" but L is Lloyd & he has no business sense at all. He will tell you that he can fix whatever is wrong with your car and then a year later after he refuses to answer your calls and is never in the shop, he still won't fix your vehicle. As you ride past and see cars in the lot, please know that those are cars that he has contracted to fix and is dragging along owners with lies about how he can and will fix their vehicles in a timely manner. If anything is fixed, its probably because he contracted out to another shop and wil openly transport your vehicle without permission to another facility. I could go on and on for at least as long as he's had my car about how horrible Lloyd's business practices are, but instead I will just advise that you steer clear and save your time. Stay off Drexel and away from E&L auto.
