The workers are friendly and helpful. But they over cut my nephew's pants. They ended up too short. How could this happen when you're supposed to measure? You should never cut until the person is there for FINAL fitting. So I was charged $125 for alterations that didn't happen.

Today was the first time in many years of going to this clothing store that I didn't receive top-notch services. The sales associates are usually on top of their game when it comes to helping you find and / or put together a great outfit. But today was terrible. The store wasn't busy, but everybody was running their mouths and / or being attentive by no means. After 38 minutes of looking around for items myself and finding what I was kind of looking for, a sales associate finally finished with another customer and came over to help me out. He (James) helped me put the finishing touches on what I believe will be an eye-catching outfit. And YES, I still purchased items from this store(because they have some of the coldest clothing in the area), but I was very disappointed in how I was ignored by so many salesman associates. I guess I wasn't dressed to impress the staff, but my Gold American Express card can still get it done for me.

The urban store has some new pieces sometimes but there the epitome of trying to get over. All ways feel rushed and if they are helping you they walk off when some one else enters.
