I’m going to assume it’s the Father that works here . Didn’t give a name . Don’t know don’t care . Worst service ever . First of all when I walked in he was smoking a cigarette . When I asked to ensure to wash his hands he looked at me like I was the one smoking it . I HATE THAT SMELL AND ITS POOR HYGIENE PERIOD)!!!! Then he began to do my manicure . He had this nonchalant attitude . He was pulling skin unnecessarily on my cuticles . Which was causing pain. He scoffed and shrugged his shoulders as if I was irritating him when in reality he didn’t know what he was doing !!!!! Just like most these comments are saying and it’s facts . He fasho didn’t know what in the world he was doing . THEEEEE worst manicure EVER!! They need to either get people who have good customer service and actually FEEL like doing the job or CLOSE DOWN!!! Wasting people money and time . Straight GOOFY!

I have been going to this nail shop for over 15 years and today was my last day!! Amy the lady that does the eyebrows jacked mines up today!!! I asked her if she can tint them because of the damage she did and she told me NO. Once they get the money from you, it's the hell with you even if it's their fault. They will never get my business again in life, I am so freaking upset!!!!

The men don’t know what they are doing with feet or nails. I asked for French tip no chip on my regular nails and they used regular polish and charged me $27….then said the no chip with my regular nails is $35. The regular pedicure is $45 no wax and I had to keep telling him how to do my feet. Their dryers are so out of date it doesn’t make sense I sat under the dryers for over 45 minutes and polish still wasn’t dry. I only tried them cause P nails is nasty but at least their prices are better.

Very rude customer service and they suck at their job. They don't know how to do nails. I wish I could have put no stars because they don't know how to do anything. You're a fool if you go here.

don't go here if you're looking for good customer service or if you're looking for good work. they get polish on your toes, not just your nails and they are offended if you ask them to remove the polish off of your toe. They are poor at clipping cuticles and it just feels as though they are rushing you along! I was accused of being "too picky" by Roger and the lady who put on the lashes for asking them to correct their mistakes. I bring my own lashes and she has on several occasions cut my lashes too short for my eyes. Long story short they rush, they do poor jobs and they are rude!! We pay their prices but they are pissed when we ask for good service! there are plenty of GOOD nails shops that offer great services so AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COST!!

Today was the worst as my daughter and I waited an hour to get told we have to wait another 30 minutes and then a costumer from the streets walks in and they take her right away. We guess you have to be known to get proper serviceService: Nail designs
